Instructions are just pictures with arrows, no words. Everything adjusts even if it shouldn't. The stand and top are held on via adjustable screws. They don't go tight enough to hold things in place solidly with no movement. Some are too close together to even loosen or tighten so you have to have the side tray and large tray apart from each other creating an almost 2" gap just so you can adjust the tray angle. It's very awkward to loosen the bolt, adjust the height, and tighten to try to keep it in place. It's even worse trying to adjust the angle of the table piece.I'm positive this can only handle maybe 5lbs of pressure before the main arm would bend or break.Wheels don't work properly, it just scrapes along my floor. Not worth the price.

I’ve had it for a month and I’m not all that happy with it. It is not at all stable and moves around way too much.

I looked at a lot of different styles of these types of tables. This one fits my needs and wants perfectly. I use it with an armchair the supports my head and neck. In particular, I really appreciate the two tier design. The little side table is just right for my mouse, a cup of coffee and my phone, while the pencil cup holds pens, a notepad, and my reading glasses. Putting it together was a breeze. I agree with other reviewers that the tightening screws do loosen slightly over time but that is not a big deal. The flexibility of positioning is worth it all. Someone else noted that the design is utilitarian but the black color makes it recede and blends into my decor just fine. I have been using this daily for two months and thought it was well worth my time to write a review to encourage others to give it a try.

I got this for use while I was wearing a neck brace and wasn't supposed to move my head too much. It puts reading material or my laptop up higher so I don't have to look down to read. It's functional, and I've been using it since I got it. I like the split surface feature so I can have pen & paper or a glass of water on one part while the part that holds the book or laptop is tilted. It didn't get more stars for a couple reasons-- first, the appearance is not particularly attractive, more utilitarian. Second, the adjustments, especially the height adjustment, might take two people, one to hold or adjust the height of the desk, and the other to unscrew or screw tighter the control. I can do it by myself, but it's a challenge. And even with the control screw tightened, the height of the desk can still gradually drift lower and occasionally need to be re-adjusted. For me, that's a minor consideration, but might be a problem for some people.

When I purchased this I took as risk as there were only a few reviews - a couple of those reviews stating that the assembly instructions were hard to understand as they were in Chinese only and diagrams. No big deal for me, as I am well seasoned with assembling things with just a diagram - so I was prepared for that.I was not prepared for the instructions to be for a completely different product. The instructions provided was for a table that included a fan (this does not have a fan) but other than attaching the fan component everything else looked like it matched up what the table was supposed to be.Good news, the product itself is very self explanatory so I didn't really need the instructions and the diagrams were not really confusing anyway.Where it all fell apart however was that the hardware included to complete the assembly was MISSING PIECES and I had to use bolts and washers from my own supply to complete it. ANNOYING.Sadly, I had to return this table even though I was able to assemble it on my own with pieces from my own supply because it just didn't quite suit my needs after all, and was NOT stable. I put my laptop on the table and it started tilting over as if to collapse! Also, I was very put off by having to use my own pieces.Very bummed because I really liked the idea of the versatility of this table.

There were no reviews to go on when I ordered this, but decided to take a chance. I'm very pleased with this sturdy tablet/laptop side table, exactly what I needed. The table arrived well packaged. No damage, blemishes, scrapes. Only 1 screw was missing and inconsequential. Used my own tools for most of the assembly rather than the ones included. Most included tools on these types of purchases are a bit flimsy, but work. Assembly was not difficult. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, it is exactly what I wanted.
