I got this on sale and it still was a waste of my Christmas money. Have used only five times since I got it in December and even at first use, when I turned it off dirt fell back down the hose (NOT ENOUGH SUCTION so it wasn’t making it to the dirt canister). And now the brush head is barely turning. I have a small area to vacuum and the battery lasts about 20 minutes so just long enough but if you have a larger area you’d have to do it in multiple sessions. I should have sent it back after first use.

We received this on December 1st 2024 and loved it. It is lightweight, worked great, easy to use. For a whole 2 months! Then the spinning brush attachment quit working. It is not clogged with hair or anything, the filter is clean, not warnings on the display. Looks like broken connecting pin.Update- we contacted the company and after providing some pictures and our order number they stated they have a one year warranty. They gave a choice of a refund or a replacement, we selected the replacement to see if the new one works better. Appreciate that they were quick to respond and remedy the situation.

I need a lightweight vacuum to clean up the litter box areas, I have 5 cats and 3 litter boxes, and the full sized vacuum can get a little heavy at times. I have a bad back so I leave the heavy duty cleaning to once a week. This vacuum is perfect on my area rug that has high pile, picks up the litter, I can do the steps. It charges quickly and had great tools to get into small areas. Very easy to use and empty as well.

This thing is fantastic! It's so high quality and tech savvy - fits together and is just groovy. I got since I (now) live in a condo/townhouse with carpeted stairs - this vacuum is perfect. picked up a ton of dirt/dust/whatever and is just so flexible and easy to do the steps. Also did a nice job on bare floor. I'm in love. A very reasonable battery charge. The bits go together nicely. It's a gem. And the price is unbeatable.

I have had the vacuum for about 3 months. I really like it. Picks up well, light weight, easy to maneuver, and most important easy to empty. Has a button to increase suction and runs pretty well on each charge. Could be a bit longer but I have 2 dogs and try to vacuum daily to keep ahead of the hair! Sometimes use it 2 x a day! Good power on a cordless vacuum.

I am very happy with this vacume. It's light weight & has amazingly good suction.I am a Senior & my cleaning lady only comes every two weeks, I needed a vacume so I could clean up in between.I like how light this vacume is because I can sit on my walker to do the vacuuming by using the shorter length pole. Emptying the dust cup is easy. I have a mixture of carpet & wooden floors & it works like a charm on both. My Apartment is approximately 600 square ft. & I can get through it on one charge on high & still have power left. When drained it takes about three to four hours to charge.I would recommend this vacume, it's lightweight & reasonably priced. When I bought mine before Christmas there was a $50.00 off coupon which sweetened the price. OH & by the way it came very well packed. After getting it out of the box it didn't take me anymore than 5 minutes to put it all together.

This vacuum is good value for the $'s. It had many user friendly features & excellent instructive options. A real standout was that a spare battery option was offered in conjunction with the vacuum purchase. It was so nice to have a spare to switch to mid job. However, I was surprised that neither battery's power lasted very long. Also welcome was its LED messaging which shows current power setting and remaining power. Vacuum was sufficiently powerful on hard and carpeted floors. It was relatively quiet. It was lightweight but like many cordless models it was very tippy due to it how top heavy it is. I found that, the hyper sensitive "on" switch, its head's insistence on self directing in every which way (instead of where I wanted it to go) and the dirt collection cylinder's refusal to release hair all very annoying and deal breakers. The tippiness made me wonder how many falls it would take before it would expire. FYI, responses to my questions regarding its ability to self stand and brushless motor were both negative. So, in the end, I went with a different vacuum and returned this. Not bad. Just not as good a fit as I had hoped.

I recently bought this cordless vacuum cleaner, and it has been fantastic.
