I really like the material, it’s soft and cushiony. It closes with Velcro but seems right and grippy. I feel like it might wear on the inside but not anytime soon.

This is pretty much the same case that came with my set of 77mm Tiffen ND filters. I needed another for some additional filters and adapters. I've use it inside my backpack or shoulder pack, on the strap of my shoulder pack, and on my belt. IMO, the padding between filter pockets is more than adequate. I haven't had any issues with the case not being perfectly sealed at the top but people who work in dusty settings may want to consider this.

As the number of neutral density and polarizing filters and step up/down rings grows, I find myself needing more space for these. This is an excellent add-on to any camera bag or backpack, I personally keep it attached to one of my shoulder straps for quick access without having to remove the backpack. It has four compartments, each of which can hold one filter and one step up ring. Each compartment is very well padded, providing sufficient protection for your filters.The size is sufficient to also hold one microfiber cloth, which come sin handy to clean the filters before mounting them. The Velcro closure provides quick access, yet secure closure to not let filters fall out when bending over. Very good solution.I wish they had used a bit less padding and added one more compartment... :)

Works great for storing lens filters, but I keep it in my camera bag. I do not use it on my belt, so I cant speak to the dust/water resistance however I feel that looking at the design it should be more than adequate for dust and rain resistant. Its a Velcro flap that snugly covers the filters so it obviously not waterproof if submerged in water, likewise If you are walking through the desert and get sucked into a sand pit by one of those sand pit monsters from star wars, you will likely find that there is some sand that got in. However, if you need a place to store your filters and are not subjecting yourself to situations that you would otherwise need a pelican case for, this item should more than meet your needs.

I have gotten to a point, where I had several lens filters floating around in my camera bag. I decided it was time to get rid of all of the plastic cases, that were taking up so much room in my bag, and finally by a lens specific case.This case is perfect for what I'll be using it for, and that is as a carrier for all of my extra lens filters in my camera bag. I'm not sure how well it would do outside of the bag, however for the price is well worth the money and if you take care of it seems like it will last a long time. Not only do I have extra room in my camera bag I have all of my lens filters in one consolidated place and they will remain safe and scratch free.

Great little filter pouch for the money. I mostly use 58mm lenses, so at that size its filters will fit in this pouch with the protective plastic cases that often come with filters. I was able to get two B+W filters and their plastic cases, and one filter without a case with relative ease. I was also impressed with the velcro scrap on the back that seems to be very secure when attached to the accessory loops on my Lowepro camera bag.

I needed a filter holder for a CP filter, an ND-Variable filter, and an Expodisk (all 77mm large). Finding a case that supported the thickness of the Expodisk (approx. 10mm thick) was proving a challenge, so I opted for this fabric-style holster. It worked great. You won't be able to fit 3 Expodisks in there, but it will hold 1 plus any thinner filters you have to store. The fit is secure, erring on tight, so your filters won't fall out (unless they are smaller than 67mm). So far so good!

As other reviews point out, the pouch does not have any ability to keep dirt and water off your filters - when you flip the cover over and secure the Velcro, there's a decent sized gap (pinky-sized maybe?) that exists above the filters. So if you're looking for a pouch to store your filters that can be thrown in a puddle or dragged through mud, well this is not your pouch.However, I was looking for something else. I was tired of fumbling with the plastic cases that my filters come in. I wanted something that would allow the quick swapping of filters and this pouch completely works for me. I keep the pouch within my larger camera bag or backpack, and only take it out when I'm going to need a filter, so the open gap at the top does not concern me.The inside of the pouch is a nice, smooth and solid fabric - unlike so many other filter holders that are either plastic or mesh. I don't have any fears that my filters will get roughed up when they are in this pouch. And while I'm not looking for complete protection from the elements for my filters, the mesh-based holders really seem like they provide no protection what so ever.
