We use these as head sheets in my medical office. The plastic backing keeps damp hair from leaving a wet spot. Patients are very happy with them

Leaks thru paper and poly backing. Would not buy again. Would buy instead Dry-Back 3-Ply 8380 Medicom Plus, they do not leak and are a far superior Bib.
