I use it but the width is so tall makes it hard to wear. It's hits bottom of chin. I still use with a little modification but all and all still worth having and not using dirty old grudgy thyroid shield everyone in the OR has sweated on.

this is a great thyroid shield. a lot of reviews said it runs small but it seems to be fit me just fine. It feels heavy and well-made. I'd recommend others purchase this!

Previous shield Velcro died, this fitted the bill, very stiff and irritating to skin though on first few uses, sure will improve with wear.
