Installed this on a Mazda CX-5 and had a relatively easy time putting it all together. It takes some time to do so, but was well worth it!

The product is great and I’m happy with it, but I suggest that a different carrier, other than FedEx, is used. I placed my order on April 29th with estimated delivery between May 7-11, but only received it on May 15th. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I’ve been having a series of issues with FedEx deliveries in the past 6 months. I’m glad that I received my order just in time for my kayak trip that was depending on this part to get the roof rack installed in my car, but it was stressful. I called FedEx a couple of times since the delivery date kept been postponed, but nothing could be done and I just had to keep waiting.

Perfect fit, and very good quality. For the price it would be nice if Thule included locks, but not the biggest deal. Fits great, and looks good too

It looks amazing on the vehicle, the edges of the bars line up perfectly with the edges of the roof.Anyway, the reason I am writing this review is last night there were a huge batch of storms to run across the Midwest. 60 mph winds up to 80 straight line winds. Trees knocked down, semis rolled over in the road (2). Absolutely crazy. And I was at highway speeds going south and the winds were directly out of the west my bike was so securely to the roof that when the winds picked up to shift the bike it pulled the wheel instead. When I got the bike down still in the storm all the bolts were tight, rack wasn't moved an inch, and the bike mount fit amazing. Couldn't be happier with any of the products and they made me a customer for life.

Works and is originally from thule. Too expensive to buy from thule website so I used the guide to buy all sets and saved myself tons of money. Works and will deal with this seller in near future!

Well, I dont know what you can expect for a piece of plastic probably made in china. It works. It looks OK. The fit is a little off when you look close, but again its chinese plastic not tightly machined aluminum. The screw locks dont hold the covers too well, Id recommend locks.Overpriced but the few rack manufacturers have monopolized the market and made it that way, nothing we can do as consumers.

I chose the Thule 460R over the similar Yakima mounting system just based on looks. I know that's bad, but I liked the aero bars from Thule better than the round Yakima bars. Personal taste though, right? As for the actual 460R mounting pack, they were easy to install and setup. They're solid and fit the car snugly. My only suggestion is to also buy the locking system that goes along to help keep your investment from being stolen.
