I have been pleasantly surprised with this little light. It's a great functioning unit, good quality, and sells for a reasonable price. It's single AA sized small but very bright.Clicking it ON puts it into low mode which uses less power and lights up the path in front of you very well, keeping you from stepping in a hole. Clicking it OFF then back ON again puts it into high mode which is good for scanning out farther distances and keeping you from getting too close to a skunk.I like the rechargeable battery and also the way the flashlight is designed to use it. The battery is taken out of the unit and recharges with a USB C charger on the counter top. If you're in a pinch and don't have time to charge it, you can toss in a regular AA battery and use the light until the recharge finishes.I've been using it for about 5 months and I'm still very happy with this purchase.

This is a great light. Very compact and good output for the size. The rechargeable battery is awesome. You charge the battery from the cell itself. There is not a port on the flashlight body. It comes with a USB-C cable for charging. Great backup light that I carry every day when I don't really need a bigger brighter light.

These Thrunite Saber lights were a good price for 2 LED flashlights. The included USB C rechargeable AA size 3.7 volt 14500 cell makes it very bright on the HIGH setting.Rated run times with 3.7 volt lithium cell are 19 Hours on LOW (57 lumens), 100+ Minutes on HIGH (659-275 lumens). Good instruction/specs sheet included.Any AA size cell works, Nimh or Alkaline which is great.Good quality firm switch, has 2 modes, click ON to LOW setting, click OFF and back ON to HIGH setting.

Great little flashlight, has high power, like 1015 lumens. Bad A.. But, there IS a new kid on the block. but more expensive. Anyway, I got mine on sale for Xmas. The reg price is 27. So, that being said, this itty bitty pocket beamer has the goods. Super bright, rechargeable battery, high, low, and medium, in that order. I don't know why they came up with that scenario, but it is what it is. So, I compared it to my just purchased Nitecore MT1A Pro, Same size, same size (AA) battery, same basic controls, mostly. The biggest difference is the beam pattern for most peeps. The Thrunite Sabor has 1015 lumens advertised. The Nitecore, 800 Lumens. But the Nitecore kills it in candela's. Which is, the way it can reach out to a distance. For example, the Sabor is going to light up more in front of you, like when your just walking down a path or a street. The MT1A Pro will light up what is down the road further, a more narrow, further reaching beam, equates a higher candela rating. For another example; I have a O'light Warrior X Pro. 2100 lumens, Which is good, but it puts out near 60,000 candelas, which means it will reach out and touch someone, as in 5 football fields away. The point I'm trying to make is; It depends on your desired usage, as to what type of light u want, wide and broad, for walking a dark path, or searching for a lost dog, or whatever, and you need a far reaching light to find them. That's the real difference in lights these days. So, Sabor for wide beam, walking etc., or narrow far reaching beam for more important stuff. Nitecore. I personally use the Sabor for around the house, or porch/ yard stuff. I go with the Nitecore, for EDC, {every day carry), when I might need it. Either way, they are better than nothing. Light, is the most important factor, more light, safer you are.

There are many positive features to this flashlight. It is considered an EDC flashlight, meaning every day carry, translating to: this is something you can have with you everyday all the time, and it will be available when you need it. Another great feature of this flashlight is the dual power source availability. It comes with a rechargeable AA battery and it can also use a standard AA battery. So you always have power options for this flashlight. It also has a removable clip that can be attached to your belt pocket or the brim of your hat or other place where you might want to attach this light to. Something else I would like to say is this is a great value for this product. And it is really bright for its size. It is very lightweight. I highly recommend this and I have now purchased two of these. And I am considering additional purchases for gifts.

The Saber is very bright with the rechargeable battery it comes with. Initially I was skeptical as to how bright it would be with just a normal AA battery. The Saber is remarkable how bright it is with a normal everyday AA. I love the fact that it takes AA as an option.Feels sturdy and well built. Great responsive click with the tail switch. It is my new favourite edc flash light.
