Used to put a plug for my motor through my hull of my kayak. Worked great and exactly what I needed. However, I would say get some longer screws depending what your need it for.

These work great. I used this kit to install a wiring system for my Motorguide Xi3 (kayak), and installation was easy. I would recommend using a step drill bit for the hole itself. The system is very similar to the YakAttack version, but essentially 1/3 of the price. The large size fits 8 gauge wiring just fine. You cannot go wrong with this for a nice, clean wiring setup.

Need a 1 inch bit to drill the hole and I used a 1/16 for pilot holes for the screws. Had to cut the rubber pieces to get the wires through but they close up nice and tight

No instructions. You'll need a 1 1/4" hole saw that attaches to a drill.Drill hole. Find the rubber piece you need depending on wire size. Cut a slit from the flat side to hole. Use another rubber half piece to make a loop. Drill a pilot hole for the housing. Install two little screws. (Add silicone if you want). For Old Town Kayak owners, I started with a hole near the PDL/transducer scupper. I had to drill from the inside since I could not get my drill to drill flat from the outside. No problems this way. Second hole was near the side rail for the fish finder. Took my time and took a couple of hours, but a very clean install. I also added some silicone to further seal the housing and rubber.

They seem to be an inexpensive copy of the yakattack version. Absolutely much cheaper but I dont know that I trust them.

Used these to install my garmin fish finder on my old town pdl 106. They worked perfet with a more than adequate seal! Would recommend.
