We love this set. Often when we camping, fishing or just to an outdoor event we pack along a few card and dice games. This set was a great replacement and is all contained within itself. The kids found it easy to put everything back and it comes with everything needed such as pencils and dice. We love it.

a very versatile activity pad for long car trips, family get togethers, game nights, coffee shops, etc. !I like the felt exterior, which is a bit absorbent and can act as a coaster in a pinch, is good at protecting your game pads. The mini cards are a little unusable, but it's a cute novelty item and everything else is very functional.

This reminds me of the multigame backseat books I played as a kid on long car rides, but a rustic cabin version. Made from grey felt and unbleached notepads. Includes a 2” deck of cards and a bag of 1cm dice. Six skinny markers. The components are decent in quality. The markers feel cheap, but they write well.I really like how the notepads open flat, no bending, no curling. The sheets rip away to use.The games are somewhat familiar, but I still need to read the booklet to get the rules. It’s just a pamphlet like the kind I’d read once, but it’s important to save it. If I changed one thing, it’d be a more durable booklet.This can fill a table when unpacked, or can be played in the lap with no table at all. Good versatility.The appearance is probably the best part. This game gives off a vibe before even playing. A felt wrap with magnets and velcro, that’s unlike any other game. It sets a mood. Great game for adults. Solid value. The mood and vibe is what makes this set special. It matches the room, not gaudy like a kids game. This is a mature game set.

My kids have always loved doing these kinds of games on the go! Having this portable set with the cards and the dice as well is just great. Sure, tic tac toe isn't hard to set up but the square dot games takes forever if you set up a good board and playing battleship on paper is a new one for us so that was fun as well. Definitely going to keep the carrying case long after we go through the paper to keep everything all together and compact and will just add a new notebook of our own.

I was hoping this would work well for camping and it really did. Simple to set up and you dont need a whole lot of space so it works great for a motorhome/trailer/camper trip and could work in a backseat as well. The mini cards it comes with are awesome, i dont know why i find them so amusing, but here we are. The pads all have a decent amount of paper to them and everything fits really well in the case. It all being one self contained unit is great for not losing parts and not taking up too much room while being stored. The games are fairly simple so its easy for everyone to grasp quickly, and thats not to say theyre boring by any means, we all had a lot of fun burning some down time with this.

I got this game set for one reason only, and that was because it had smaller cards. I been wanting to teach my preschooler how to play cards, but the normal ones are too big for his hands. The cards that come with this set? They are absolutely perfect for him. I am honestly surprised with the quality of this. The whole thing comes together in a sturdy felt case, that has pockets and lines up every slot so it does not fall off. you can simply carry the case without worrying about it. The gaming cards are actually thick card paper, and easy to select through. All the pens worked and there is a small bag with several dice in it. The cards are plasticized, are hard to bend and have a small box to hold them in. This set also comes with instructions for every single game that you can use the cards for. It is a great set to have at home, or even just keep in the car

I got this to put in my car for those times where we do an impromptu adventure, have an unexpected long wait, go on vacation with hotel stays, or do a family road trip. This kit is really nice. The quality of the cards are not great, but the rest of the items are better than expected. I added a set of Uno card to this kit and know we will use it many times. The felt is nice and the paper games are very cool and retro looking. It doesn't take up much space either. The kids are really excited to use this, as are we. I recommend this to anyone who may be in the market for an on the go game set to suit any age. This is a great find!

This is a fun addition to our road trips but I feel the $40 price tag is overpriced for what you get. A ream of paper and some markers will do the trick. It comes with 6 pads of paper to play the games that we all played when we were little; hangman (which they call bubble burst). I do like bubble burst better than hanging your guy for not guessing the word or phrase. They have tic tac toe with 9 games on the board, so you can play the regular tic tac toe or super tic tac toe or ultimate tic tac toe that are explained on the last page of the pad. Included is the square dot game (they call it dots and boxes), the one where you place dots on the paper and the object is to complete the most squares, making one line at a time while taking turns with others. There is a pad that is called Treasure hunt, which is a version of battleship played on paper. There is a pad for scoring any game that requires tallies and keeping track of rounds. There is also an open game board, basically blank paper. It comes with instructions on how to play the games, six colored markers, six mini dice and a mini deck of face cards. It all comes in a felt carrying case with a pouch to hold the markers, dice and playing cards. The pads have six holes in them (I thought it was for a binder or something like that to hold them together) but it is for putting the markers in the holes so they are standing up. A little weird but may come in handy while driving. We have only played the games at home but are looking forward to summer road trips and fun, easy games to play. The product matches the description and the pictures. The 4 stars are due to the price of the game set.
