I've always wanted one of these guides as I was always looking for the right nuts and bolts. I have a large collection of "spares" but they were in a bucket unsorted and it was just faster to take what I needed to the big box store and use their guide to see what I needed.Of course I found what I needed but had to buy a whole pack just for the one item I needed. I got this guide and I can tell you that it makes a world of difference. I no longer have to pause my work for a road trip and things just seem to work out.This item is well made, professionally looking and quite useful and is prominently mounted on my workbench.My friends and neighbors mention it everytime they see it and all I can say is "Why did I wait so long?"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!

I recently moved shops and somehow several of our machine bolts got mixed together along with washers, nuts and screws. This product made the horrid nightmare a simple task that saved heaps of time over the old on a chain method or other alternatives.The amount of time I saved sorting through a large bowl of mixed bolts, screws, washers and nuts makes this best value of any tool I own. It performs as expected and the quality is solid.Note: for some reason the inch marks are in 1/10 increments. I certainly didn't love that but if you are good with fractions you can make it work without too much effort. Minus a star for a problem that very much shouldn't exist.My only regret is that I didn't buy this years ago.
