It’s very easy to use, however, for just two spots of regular urine not spray…I’ve had to use it at least 10 times soaking the spots and I still smell the urine. The scent is pleasant. But it just isn’t working for me. I have a spayed 1 year old rescue cat that previously was an indoor/outdoor cat. She’s been to the vet and got a clean bill of health. Thank goodness for mattress protectors. But I’ve gone over & over the spots soaking them. It does dry quickly but there is still a faint smell of urine.

I was initially skeptical that this product was going to remove all cat odor from my carpet. With hotter weather, the smell in the carpet intensified. I've tried a lot of products and none of it works until someone recommended this product on a forum. I mixed the solution as directed in a spray bottle. I ended up needing to saturate the carpet more so I just poured the solution directly onto the carpet. It did not stain the carpet at all and now it doesn't smell like cat piss anymore!

I don’t understand all of the positive reviews for this item, it’s just a very Fragrant liquid that loses its fragrance as you dilute it for use, by the time you apply it -whether by mop or directly, the smell of the product is gone in less than 10 minutes – if that long,and the thing you were trying to get rid of i.e. the smell itself is still there! Now it just smells like the product plus the original smellI’ve tried using it full force, barely diluted, etc. it barely does a thing and it’s short acting and doesn’t produce long-term results.It’s a very pricey form of Febreze? Even Fabuloso or regular bleach last longer and packs more of a punch. I don’t understand what all of the hype is, but now I can’t even return it.Definitely read the reviews. Especially the one and two star reviews.This is just strong fragrance That does not break down the odors, the stains, and wears off by the time you are done cleaning so you are back to scratchAnd the crazy thing? I’m not even trying to battle any particularly strong pet odors , just regular every day, cleaning, mopping, refreshing..

So far Very happy with product , Had a cat that peed on new sofa and tried everything .Tried several products . I mixed some of Thornel Cat pet odor off with a bit of water in a spray bottle , so I could really wet area . So far odor gone ! left no soapy residue or perfume smell . so for now pleased !

I was spending A LOT of money on a product called Purrect Potion, Catastrophe Remover. It was spendy, but it also didn't list the ingredients except for having a hydrogen peroxide base. Well, I already purchase Harris 12% hydrogen peroxide from my local HD to clean up the daily litter box misses by one of my former feral kitties. Hydrogen peroxide alone wasn't getting out the odor and my kitty was still peeing in the same spots. So I mixed my HP as normal but then added Cat Odor-Off. GAME CHANGER!! So basically I have formulated my own Purrfect Potion because it works exactly the same! They must use the unscented, but I love the Fresh Scent. This stuff is a miracle product and it's saving my house from smelling like a litter box.

I bought this for my self first. For my did odor. It works so well I bought the one for cats. Gave it to my friend who has several cats in her house. She says it’s the best thing she has ever used!

Cat lovers all know the distinct odor of cat urine outside of the litter box.My old girl started on one of the sofa cushions and I was positive the only solution was to set fire to the whole thing. At least, that was before I used Cat Odor Off.This product is legit! After using Odor Off, I was able to lay my face on the offending cushion and the smell was gone! I've bought another to keep on hand. Highly recommended.. 5 stars.

Works and smells great so far when use as directed.It does not completely get rid of cat urine smell and smell does come back after a few days no matte how I use product and temperature does effect it. On hot days, the urine smell comes back stronger than not hot days.I like the fresh scent smell of product and how it's not chemically smelling like other products.It is expensive for product, just wish it works better for getting rid of cat urine smell but for now it will have to do until I find something that works better. FYI: I've tried just about every thing and product out there and nothing has worked for cat urine smell and odor.. sighhh

In comparison with the other urine eliminator brands, I like this best because of its scent. It eliminates the urine odor and gives a fresh scent in the area. However, it did not stop my cat from spraying around the house so I am not sure if any of this product work for my cat.

Great product - Previously used at a vet clinic I worked at, which is how I heard about the product, so I bought a bottle for home use given that I have a diabetic cat.The new scent is a little more pleasant compared to the original. I find both smells VERY subtle and non bothersome, however the original smell is more noticable/strong when initially used in comparison to this one. Both scents though dissipate and completely go away after a few mins.The product itself works great when used as per the directions, and the concentrate allows you to make multiple bottle dilutions making it much more cost effective. I have the 16oz soaker bottle that I refill using the concentrate and it's worth the cost.
