We purchased this sofa in May for our RV that was in the shop being fixed. The sofa sat in our garage for 2 months because the repair went longer then anticipated which has now put the sofa past the refund date. Our very first vacation and using the sofa was in August and it broke at the very beginning of our vacation. Both sides of the metal brackets bent and the whole back of the sofa leans back. The sofa itself is very shaky and we noticed almost immediately that it wasn't stable. My husband and I are not heavy people so this sofa should have held our weight. As soon as we got home we contacted Amazon explaining that we only used it once and that it wasn't our fault that the RV was in repair longer than expected which put us past the refund date. Amazon said we needed to contact the manufacturer. We tried contacting the manufacturer and they would not respond. We contacted Amazon and they investigated but still came back with a "too bad, so sad" attitude. We are beyond frustrated because we have a broken couch and through no fault of our own can't return it. This isn't a cheap purchase either. $1400 is a lot to fork out and not even get 1 use out of it. So disappointing that no one takes accountability anymore and no longer has compassion over the unfortunate circumstances we were put in. When we bought the sofa at the end of May we had no idea that our RV would be in repairs for 2 months longer than we anticipated. We definitely did not think that the sofa would break only after 1 use and at the very beginning of our vacation. Shame on Amazon, Canada Direct, and the manufacturer for crappy customer service. NO COMPASSION LEFT IN THIS WORLD.

The sofa fit perfectly in the RV. Love the texture and the easy set up. Looks great, the color and texture of fabric is also great. Build quality looks and feels very durable.

Quick installation, some posts suggest it is not comfortable but keep in mind it is a jackknife sofa and folds up and out so it is going to have breaks in the cushions. Maybe those people also can't sleep with a pea under 80 mattresses LOL. Not as easy to fold out and it as my last jackknife sofa. Would never get it from the same source again, not a great experience and not helpful, pass the buck people rather than take responsibility and fix it.

More comfortable than the sofa we replaced but not quite a five star review. The problems we had with installation were with removing the old sofa, not anything to do with this new one. So nice to have it delivered straight to the door of the trailer. The delivery man was even nice enough to help us get the new sofa up inside the trailer. Also, glad we caught a good sale!I can’t say it was really easy to install, but is anything easy to install that weighs over a hundred pounds? I have no regrets.

First off, this is more a review of the delivery experience than the product. The couch itself seems of decent quality. The cushion material and fit seems on-par for RV furniture, though the frame structure/mechanism is not overly rigid. The real problem was the delivery process. It took 5-1/2 WEEKS for Amazon to get this to me! The order was placed on Sep 9, with a stated delivery date of Sep 16 (seemed reasonable enough). The tracking information initially listed XPO as the carrier (LTL freight company), but on the supposed delivery date of Sep 16, it was instead transferred to another "last mile" carrier called XRO. It took them another full MONTH to deliver the item, rescheduling it twice in the process, claiming there "wasn't room on the truck". And when it did finally arrive, the box was in terrible shape. How the product was not damaged is beyond me. It was in the back of a box truck with a bunch of other random loose junk. When we opened the box, a little vent fan (like perhaps from a microwave) fell out on the ground, which must have sifted in through one of the gaping holes in the box along the way. Morals of the story- buy this somewhere else if you actually need it on time, and Amazon should stop using RXO as a carrier. They are atrocious.

Construction is very poor. Had to add braces to legs to help with side to side wobbly legs. Ordered leg kit and had to modify them to get them to bolt on square. Had to add bolts to cross tube's. NOT sure if they were left out by mistake. Very crude for the money. Price for leg kit was outrageous for what you get. And had to modify them to make them fit. The only reason I didn't send it back was because I needed it and had the capability to do the extra stuff to make it stable. If your not good at iron work do not order this.

This has been an excellent addition to our Lance truck camper. It is much more comfortable than the dinette and more usable. The sofa, with drop down cup holder is great, the ease of folding into a comfortable bed, even better.

Couch arrived ripped with a bend frame. Impossible to hide the rip as it is at the front or have it lay flat.

Easy to install and very comfortable. My only disappointment was the pictures are misleading. Every pictures show the legs attached. NO where does it state LEGS NOT INCLUDED!!! Very very disappointed about that!!

No legs came with this I want to know were they are, the couch is great but it gives detentions with legs.

I am giving this 5 stars because of Amazon's customer service, and also the sofa is very nice. Amazon gave us a credit plus a little for our trouble so that we could order the legs. I contacted Thomas Payne and they said these are shipped without legs because many of the installations put them on a wood platform. Their web site says this in the description, but not Amazon. So just know the legs are a separate item. But if Amazon's description still doesn't reflect that.
