It works amazing but we have had issues with it holding up. The armrest part is caved in. I think it is ridiculous to pay this much for a product that doesn't even make it to a year without issues.

I waited until we have had them for a year as to see if they were good. Unfortunately we never made it to one year. I am now currently waiting for an email back from the support personnel to see what they are going to do as we have only made it to 10 months. They say they have an 1year overall with an 2-5 year optional on some. Overall for comfort they are good. Fit in our RV slide is great but the bad thing is that the electronics are poorly placed. Theses are designed for RV’s so they need to be durable as more and more are camping with RV’s for longer periods of time. IF the electronics were better this would change my review. This could change depending on the outcome of the support personnel.

This is an great upgrade, even though still Thomas Payne furniture. Better quality, comfort, construction.My only disappointment is the controls stay lit up 24hrs a day, and the lighted cup holders are very sensitive on the seating pieces. The centre console the lighted cup holders turn on by themselves all hours of day and night.Besides those couple issues, this is a great choice to upgrade in your rv !!!!

my wife likes the chair and says it is very comfortable. The location of the control buttons makes them not easy to use.

We got a left-hand and right-hand recliner and the center console and it all works great. The Norlina woven fabric is nice too - no stickiness in the sweaty summer heat and the material can't delaminate like some have done in the past.I think the product is great, but the recliners are not well protected for shipping. It is probably a hit or miss as to whether you get a working one. Even mine has some damage near a motor mount area but I'm gonna keep it anyhow.

As soon as we received the chair and set it up, it made some clunking sound when reclining. Now tonight, when I went to recline, it wouldn’t stop until fully reclined, and then it died! I flipped the chair over only to find a main power five pin plug Laying on the floor. It looks like the internals of the plug came out somehow. I went back into my orders to see if I could get a replacement, and that option is not available only the option to return it. As of right now, I cannot even put the chair back into an upright position. How am I supposed to return a chair? That’s fully extended!?

Ours works like it should. We found no problems with it. Even called the company for instructions to hook it up. It’s the best recliner chairs we’ve ever had. Better than sitting in a movie theater.
