I had an EDC brand case for 3ish years before it broke. This one broke within months. I tried looking for EDC and thought they were out of business because they were so buried under all the adverts for cheap flimsy pumps that will break under the lightest strain, like this one.They are still in business. So is T1 Tactical, which also makes quality pump cases. Do yourself a favor and buy a pump case that is 2x as expensive but lasts 10 times longer.A pump case is holding a several thousand-dollar piece of life saving equipment. Don't put it in a cheap flimsy case that looks useful because the clip can rotate.Quality construction is the way to go.

This item is needed by many diabetics with the Tandem Mini pump. I have had 3 in the last 2 years. Functionally, it is well designed and works well. My major complaints about it are 2: the material it is made from, and the cost.The material is thin plastic that breaks easily. I am 75 yo and not very active, so my wear and tear on this holster is nothing like what it will be for a younger active person. I have broken 2 of these holders just going through my daily routine. The plastic is just too thin for everyday use in my opinion. Which brings me to the cost, which is, and has been $30 for some time now. My guess is that it is likely made in China for probably $2-3 each. Why this price point to diabetics, whose medical bills are already high? To me, a fair price would be $10-12. It is very over-priced.

This is a great product - I needed a way to one-handedly attach and unattached my pump. This thing fit the bill. It's sturdy too. It's FAIRLY unobtrusive and it has protected my pump from many-a-fall.It WILL break occasionally: Twice now I sat down in a chair, and the pump hit/got caught on the arm of the chair on the way down and broke the whole holster. I totally understand why it broke due to the force of the whole situation.I'm just annoyed that it feels like salt in the wound that Tandem customers have to pay for the stupid pump, pay for the stupid supplies, and babysit the damn thing with all its beeping and buzzing and yelling at us when we eat - why can't TSlim users just get this holster for free included with our initial purchase of the pump? The case/clip the pump comes with is horrid.It's aggravating that we have to order this additionally AND that it costs nearly 30 bucks. I think that's way overpriced for what it is, and is insulting for loyal customers who are forced to stick with this company to have to pay such a price.

I liked this case well enough, snug fit, secure clip, easy to change the cartridge, until the clip sheared off. It only lasted 7 months, which was disappointing. It was good while it lasted!

I've used this clip a couple times now and it's good. Way better than the metal belt clip Tamdam gives you. I hated that clip, flimsy and so hard to take the pump out. Sometimes this clip is hard to take off the waist band, which i guess is a thing! I wear this clip when my pants don't have pockets or when my pump site and CGM site are on opposite sides until I need to change a site.

Far better than the original clip that always fell off. Don’t let that comment make you feel secure about this case though. It will still fall off of denim material rather easily. Boxer briefs, or anything thinner it seems to have a good grip. Middle of the night it’s rough to remove it when I’m ready for bed. Daytime you still have to be careful. Protection is lacking and there are other third party options if you require a bit more protection to the screen. The swivel is nice. Access to charge while still in the case is nice. Ability to load a new cartridge is nice but still a bit difficult. I remove it as that’s easier for me. It’s still a good option made by the manufacturer of the pump.
