The gps antenna fits the Dashcam it is designed for. A week after its installation I checked the GPS/map on my Dell laptop. It was accurate.

It was difficult to mount in our Subaru due to the built-in forward-looking camera configuration. Powers up and indicates online immediately.

Works as advertized out of the box, Cable is long enough to connect to the camera and not be in the way once connected to the camera. Easily can recommend this as part of the Thinkware Dashcam solution.

As a GPS receiver, it does the job it was designed to do.Very frustrated that I had to drop extra money to add a feature that should be built-in to every dashcam out there.Looks nice and was easy to connect and verify working with my dashcam (also by Thinkware). I have it installed between the headliner and roof, so it isn't visible, and it works fine (for anyone reading that it needs to be on the windshield for line of sight, it doesn't).

What is there to addIt installs in literally seconds and maybe a minute at most to change the setting in the F200 kit I added it onto.Red light warnings work, the lane departure and other notifications work as advertised. I might want an option to make the notifications louder. But really I would have turned them back to one of the available settings after awhile anyway Soo...For the money, it's worth it.I park in an underground garage, I go about 2 blocks before the notification indicates the GPS has locked and is active. Works better then the OEM truck gps in that respect, not quite as good as my phone... Although I'm sure the phone makes use of wifi etc to make it quicker.Overall, would buy again, if it's something you want... Do it

Very easy --plug & play with the Thinkware F50 model. Plugs right into the side and can be peeled and taped with the provided 3M mounting tape. Mine is hidden up above the front plastic in my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Very quick install requiring no special tools. The device does not cost money each month to use, but provides additional information when plugged into the SD card adapter. The GPS accessory will display your speed and document where you were driving on a map as you are moving. It is a great little bit of information that could save you in many different cases. I would highly recommend this in addition to the Thinkware F50 unit.
