I ordered the size according to the size chart but it was way way too small. It was also very thin and not supportive in the least. I ended up ordering a different product to have actual support for my pulled hamstring. Do not use this product. I wish I could give it zero stars.

The sleeve has two thin bands on either end. They provide more compression than the rest of the sleeve. Which might be ok, but on my leg the top of the sleeve rolled down almost immediately. This had the effect of putting a lot of compression on a thin line which was quite painful.

I used this to recover from a hamstring injury. It is nice and tight with good support. It does not move too much throughout the day and is a comfortable material.My thigh is 45cm around and the XL fits well.

I bought knee support and calf support from this brand. I was satisfied with previous order. So I bought this from same brand.. quality was good but when I put it my right upper thigh for reducing my pain , I realized that size was small to me even I bought XL ( I wear size10 for pants). so I used it for my knee support.

This does not stay in place. Wore it twice on both legs. Each time the material around the copper logo rolls up at the top. Not comfortable at all. The material then digs into your inner thighs. So..If your thighs touch. Then move on and get a neoprene sleeve. The irritation this caused after two hours of wear during both nights of my league softball games last week is 100% No Bueno the next day. My fellow gap-less thigh brothers & sisters know that chafing pain I’m talking about all too well. Just think of the worst chafing experience you’ve had personally. Not imagine that pain 100x’s worse. Ever see blood before. I hadn’t tillI tried this. Yup.. I requested and was granted a refund by Amazon
