Great product front the company. I had problems with FEX EX not delivering the product on time and it was on hold for weeks. The product company was very nice to send another product to me and that was on hold from FED EX. So once again the company off me a full refund for me headache with no issues. So would still recommend this product to anyone but do t send it through FED EX they have staffing issues which is not acceptable. I hated to sent it back but I had no other choice. Almost forgot this product came in 2 different boxes. So I got one and not the other.

Three Heavy, poorly packed boxes. For me no Hardware came with mine. So they wanted me to ship these bulky, awkward things back. One box is +70 pounds. They would then consider refund based on condition of product once returned. They didn't want to send me the hardware. I went out and bought $30 of hardware. Also, no matter what I do, cannot get the thing to sit lever on the floor. It rocks corner to corner. Knowing what I know, I'd buy local at Harbour Freight.
