Doesn’t fit original or after market Petcock for 2007 Saturn Ion. States that the Petcocks are metal but only one is and this is the larger of the two. The smaller one is plastic, slips off easily and feels like if you add too much tension it will break. Also both are very loose fitting on wrenches (I tried several) Expensive for something that doesn’t work! Returned for refund.

Used the small plastic adapter for my Honda 2014 crv..I wished it was made of metal like the lager one..It works for diy er that may need to use it couple times..I don’t recommend the olastic small adapter for professional use

Worked great removing a stuck petcock on my 2009 TL’s radiator. The bigger tool is made of metal and feels very solid. The smaller one is made of plastic but doesn't seem as strong. Overall good tool to have for coolant changes.

I bought this set to do a coolant flush on a 2000 Saab 9-5 (4-cylinder Turbo sedan). The radiator petcock is in a very difficult location to get to easily by hand -- and even if you could, it is difficult to move and easy to break because it is plastic. This set was recommended by someone on Saab Central. The exact item I used is the smaller socket, which is made of plastic and is sized for a 1/4" ratchet. This socket made my work somewhat easier but honestly, it was frustrating as hell because occasionally it would fall off the extension I had it on. It did not seat securely on the extension -- or rather, sometimes it did and sometimes it didn't. If as I was positioning the socket, I caught it on any of the various hoses in the area of the petcock it would fall off and tumble down into the recesses under the radiator -- a real pain in the a**. I would say I spent at least 20 - 30 minutes of my work looking for and fishing out this small socket from the engine compartment because it fell off the ratchet extension several times. So this set made my job somewhat easier but it was very frustrating to use for the reasons I've described. For that reason I am giving the product three stars. As others have said too, I wish it were made of metal, as is the larger socket in the set.
