Bought this product thinking it would do what it says on the bottle and clean my grey tank sensors but having used it twice now over a period of a few weeks it's done absolutely nothing!The first time I used it I followed the instructions on the bottle and it didn't work so the next time I used it a couple of week later I followed the same instructions again but this time let it sit in my grey tank for a week, but still nothing. the sensors for the grey tank are still registering full even though I know the tank is empty.This stuff is about as useful as a chocolate teapot and I definitely won't be wasting my money buying it again and I advise you not to either.

It definitely take some dirty from the tank, i can see some dirt coming out while draining, but sensors are still not working.

I purchased on 4/28 with intention of using before our first extended RV trip...Today went to use it and the product is not longer a liquid...it is dried out and solid inside the bottle. Useless to me I think. I will try to cut open the bottle and add to a bucket of water to rehydrate. I believe I should be able to return a product with limited shelf life, or, at a minimum, the product description should say to use immediately

Used in a five year old motor home. It is easy to use - pore through toilet into Black WaterTank and let it work. I did this, and drove a total of 1200 miles over five days - plenty of sloshing. Emptied Black Water Tank - gauges still indicated take was full. This may be a good product, but it doesn't seem to have worked for me. I will finish with another dosage - if anything changes, I report that.

Both our gray and black tank gauges virtually stopped working. We stayed in a campground with very high iron. Seems they began to slowly stop registering properly. Then we had to stay in one campground for 4 months-the longest we’ve been stationary in 4 years. They stopped registering completely. We bought this and tried 1/2 bottle-but it recommended putting it in before a trip. It didn’t help. Then we finally hit the road and poured the rest in. Voila! It cleaned the gray tank. Now we’re happy campers again.

did not work I decided to buy an extension flexible hose to clean tank and worked very well.
