I bought this theraband in the end of March 21 and was using it two times a week and it broke and became two pieces in July 21. I heard that these bands have high resistance and won’t break. Waste of money

I like it the product, cery useful. Quality is good. But be careful with fake products...many are available by the name of thera band. Just one thing too much white powder is applied on the band not removed even after washing

It's beautiful, amazingly stretchable and fully odour free!The exercises really work, I have a bad rotator cuff bcoz of badminton n with js 3 days of this I already feel better and am able to generate some power in my smashes againAs for which colour band to buy, tho this one is in the middle of the spectrum, if you are averagely built I suggest go a couple colors higherI am below average, muscle wise, but this barely provides much resistance even to me; it's not a problem tho coz you can always fold it in half or 4 times as needed, but just to help you choose

The bands look like they are old when I received them. The first one I used, the lady did one pull and it snapped. The band broke in 4 places with each pull! I need a new batch because they are going to used with the elderly and this could be dangerous for their range of motion exercises.

the band is good, but I did not get what I really wanted to purchase.This band is of latex/ rubber like material.Was looking for a band of a different material.INCASE POSSIBLE..for you and you have any outlet in MUMBAI..do share the address..so that I can physically inspect the material before purchase.IMPORTANTLY...incase you have any CD for doing excersie with Thera Band..do update...would like to purchase one of the CD's

Some of the reviewers indicate that they did not receive the product pictured or that it was substandard quality. With inexpensive products that Amazon doesn't sell, it is important to note what company you bought from. A search on Amazon might bring up a different vendor each time.I bought a red and a green band from Isokinetics Inc. Each band was obviously new and in a closed cellophane wrapper. The paper insert is from Thera-Band and the brand name Thera-Band is printed diagonally on each band at regular intervals. I have no doubt that Isokinetics sent me genuine Thera-Bands.Rubber and latex objects such as these begin to lose their elasticity over time. My old Thera-bands are at least 10 years old and one of them broke when I put a lot of pressure on it. I needed them for some new exercises my trainer gave me for my damaged rotator cuff. These seem structurally sound and, therefore, reasonably new. I've only had a chance to use them a couple of times so it is too soon to know if the exercises will help my shoulder.

No problem with them. Not as useful as expected. Did not seem to work my muscles. My muscles are not strong enough or I need something that works them harder with fewer repetitions.

These bands in their various stretchiness are great for use with the EA Sports Active exercise Wii program . With the handle loops that you also purchase you have a much better resistance program and far cheaper than the band that comes with the EA Sports Active equipment (Theirs is one band that has very low resistance. You get no benefit from theirs.) They are also great to take with you when you travel. If you are allergic to latex you can get a latex-free product for a little more.

I got one red and one green band for a modest price with free shipping. I am a typical older guy (76) who has zoned in and out on exercise, stretching (a bit) and healthy eating (portion control) since retirement. The bands are handy to carry around, even in my pocket, or to pack when I travel. I have used them with satisfaction along with cardiovascular work at the gym, to warm up before duffer tennis and at home for wakeup routines. When (and if) they wear out, I'll be happy to purchase another set. My one complaint: results come only with use. They are not self implementing.

I got the red resistance bad and I am very very happy with it. I wasn't sure how strong the resistance will be but it was just right! The only thing I would wish for is that it is longer. I am 5'4" and I find it a bit short for comfort when I do shoulder presses. But other then that I highly recommend it.

This product is pretty much what I expected. The latex is a little dusty looking--not a clean crisp red at all. However, it gets the job done for those pilates exercises.
