This is a great Yogurt Incubator! Just heat your milk to 190F, let it cool to 110F and then pour your warmed milk into the incubator.I made 1/2 gallon so i added 1/8 tsp of culture and let it incubate overnight. I used theMilkman Yo+ Greek Probiotic Culture which if you want is ASIN B0DL95WJ2Q.The Incubator held temp all night over 10 hours; and the yogurt was thick and creamy in the morning! Love this incubator!
