Product Instructions hard to follow, and you can only do if you have a phone that you can scan, no written instructions. Contact Information Wrong for the company on amazon, refers you to the company and not the distributor, and the company won't help because you need to talk to distribution person. Even Amazon couldn't find, eventually they did and I contacted them as it broke, and it's over 30 days now, so to bad. Their response was you should use it right away to make sure it works, nothing they will do.

I have assembled indoor and outdoor furniture, storage shelves and cabinets, fixed my vacuum and a litter robot, and built an entire grill —all of these things— by myself. This stupid thing was easily one of the worst things I’ve had to assemble. This product would be 5 stars if it came with the needle already attached to the gun. It would also be 5 stars if it just had instructions (1) somewhere on/in the package itself (there is a QR code to scan on the box, and a mysterious envelope taped shut with no writing on it) (2) written in an order that REMOTELY makes sense: instructions start with suggested use (thanks but I already bought it), progress with loading the stitches, and END with the bit about the needle not being already attached and vague info about attaching it (3) included pictures or a video showing how to assemble it?! If you’re going to use a QR code, take advantage of the technology and demonstrate the unboxing and assembly!Have a pair of pliers nearby for when you inevitably jam the needle too far in and remove the needle guard only to find the whole bit somehow wedged itself under the pole and you need something to grasp the needle out and try again. Repeatedly. Also be prepared to load and unload the stitches repeatedly because it turns out there is a right way to load them.Other than that, now I have encountered and overcome every possible configuration error, it works great, and is much better than locating safety pins for minor wardrobe adjustments!

I was so excited to receive this once I ordered it. I set it up and tried it out. It worked the day I put it together, so I had it ready to go on my dresser. Waiting for a day I needed it. A few days later I needed to use it to keep the top of my dress closed in the front. I went to use it and it broke. I pushed the trigger just like I had the day I put it together and the needle broke through the plastic holders at a weird angle. I’m so disappointed. I checked reviews and did the research. I was so excited to use it and it literally only worked once before it broke. I tried to fix it, but it won’t budge.

Saw this on an Instagram post and had to buy it. If you’ve ever had the hassle of pinning your clothes with safety pins or hemming tape you need this. I’ve used it twice and it’s simple and safe, doesn’t leave holes in garments.

If you are reading this, you need it. If you know how to sew, do that instead. Sewing is better. But you don’t know how to sew. That’s why you are reading this. BUY IT, BUT FIRST:It cost me $70. I bought one and ruined it immediately. Bought another one and read the directions. Value = I like it so much is almost worth the $70. lolPut the tags in properly. Don’t move the dials unless you know what they do. Someone else said that it’s not a power tool but a delicate crafting device. This is fantastic advice. If you treat it like something you bought at Home Depot, you will be sorely disappointed. And if you let your husband take it apart, it will never go back together.Use: pay attention to all the common sense and sewing advice out there. Like you may want to feed the needle in and back out again before you click it.Soft fabric: I did put some pretty big holes into a nice shirt that I have. The needle is much bigger diameter than, say, a safety pin, so the hole will be bigger than you think. If this review seems negative, it’s because I’m nit-picky. Remember, I PAID $70 for it and I STILL THINK IT’S WORTH IT!!Everyone needs this. Even if you think you don’t. When my hems used to come out of my work pants, I would staple them. That works, but this is much better. I’m sure sewing is the best option, but who knows how to do that?? Not you—or you wouldn’t need this.

Very easy to use but not very strong on clothes. Tags on clothes can open up. Size it good.

I was worried about this product when I realized the stitches are just little plastic tags but this totally serves its purpose. The tags are very small. This was a perfect solution for a button up dress I’ve been excited to wear, as it fit perfect everywhere but gapped a little bit at the bust when I would sit down, this absolutely solved that! I’m so excited to wear this dress soon with the help of this gadget. The tags are discreet and no one would ever know they’re on your garment unless you told them.

Whether it's hemming pants in a pinch or fixing a loose seam, this tool has become my go-to for quick and easy repairs. It's lightweight, easy to use, and the fasteners hold everything securely in place. I love how it’s perfect for both small DIY projects and those moments where you need a quick fix without breaking out the sewing machine. It’s practical, efficient, and saves me so much time. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a good time-saving hack!
