These caps fit our cans perfectly. Might consider adding additional cap gaskets for mainting the seals. Just need to remove the in-can filter sleeves so we can use our new fuel pump accessory, now.

Fit my coarse-thread Midwest Can brand gas jugs perfectly. Seal swole up on first use and became unusable with standard unleaded gasoline.

Purchased these to replace caps on several plastic gas containers. These lids are too tall so even though they are tightened all the way, there's space between the lip of the gas container and the top of the lid so gasoline leaks if the container is tilted. Also, the rubber type gasket included at the top is the lid appears to be made out of a material not resistant to gasoline. The rubber type material became very sticky like it was being dissolved by the gasoline and also became swollen so it no longer fit flat inside the cap. I would not recommend this product.

I bought these to replace the original caps with the pour spouts built into them. The original ones would leak. The replacement caps do not leak and seal properly.

I got sick of the “safety spouts” on my gas can. I now use a funnel. These caps worked pretty good. One of them leaked a bit. Please note. There are 2 types of threads on gas cans.

I was tired of the cheap gov't mandated pour spouts always leaking and allowing the smell of gas to be in the air. To rectify the problem of leaking and spilling gas, I opted to buy a battery operated pump stick and it worked without a drop of gas spilling. To stop the smell of gas and spilling of gas when transporting the cans, I bought these. They tighten up nicely and no gas leaks and no smell. I wish I had thought of this solution earlier.I highly recommend these caps.

Trying to dispense gasoline from a standard gas can is horrible. The spouts or funnels leak & take forever to empty the 5 gallon can. I tried many different funnels. No good. Now I use a large separate rubber funnel that goes directly into the gas tank opening. I pour the gas from the can into the large funnel opening without any other apparatus at all. Much easier, faster, etc. Must be careful not to pour too fast though. Those idiot donut caps that have holes in the middle to accomodate the funnel/spout are simply inefficient. Take more time to use and so easy to lose those little center caps covers. So the design of a standard gas can with a built in spout & donut hole cap is a failure in my book based on two years of experience and research.Today I replaced the donut caps with these and threw the former into the garbage. Good riddance.

These seem like a good deal, but I can not judge durability at this point. Just got them. I will say they do not fit my Blitz cans. The neck is too short. However, They fit my Scepter and do not leak so far. Four to a pack with a good price. For storage and transport I'm sure they will be just fine. I also purchased the EZ-Pour brand and I like them better. They seem to be a better quality but they cost more and you only get Two to a pack. Tip: For all those who may have a little trouble using these and others, Try reverse screwing with a little downward pressure until you feel it catch, Then slowly screw the cap on making sure not to cross thread anything.
