I’m so happy with this purchase! I use these for climbing training as a portable hang board but also as a suspension system for calisthenics. Pull ups, curls, pistol squats, rows, rollouts, etc. This is my travel gym. I paired this with some climbing webbing and use it to extend the length of the handle cord. Using a knot, I place these behind a closed door and start my exercise.

My son has been rock climbing for a few years and asked for these to help for stretching his fingers and hands. He’s used them a few times and said the are solid 5 out of 5.

This is just what I needed to practice my dead hangs and pulls ups on crimpy holds! The product is smaller than what I was expecting, which I’m actually really happy about because I didn’t want something that would take up a lot of space. It feels super solid and works great in my tiny house during the summer and my college dorm during the school year!Pro tip for people who don’t know of a good place to hang these indoors: I have a pull up bar that hangs in my doorway (no screws, just locks onto the doorframe) and I found that these are super easy to hang on the pull up bar itself. You can’t beat the price either. 10/10 recommend!

This is a perfect hang board. I am an intermediate climber. Highly recommend. The wood is easy on the hands. The boards do not tilt or spin when you hang on them. I used EDKs to tie the ropes, just a suggestion.

I am a big fan of the penta. It has been a huge convenience overall to my training because of its design. I love that it has 30, 25, 20, 15 and 10mm edges, its durable, great feel on the skin and the fact that they come as a pair is a great value. The only change I would make it the removal of the mono and pocket and move the 10mm edge to the other side in their place to align with the other edges and it's perfect to me. Because of the off centre alignment of the pocket and mono it causes the penta to be misaligned when hanging or lifting making those two hold not useful. If they made that change I would happily buy the upgrade. That being said 10/10 would recommend this product to others.
