Clara egg musical was beautiful but unfortunately the Galatian was not turning (dancing?) around (swivelling) with the music as advertised… the process for return and for refund was OK

It is a pretty porcelain piece of art.The dance lady It is hold by a magnet not enough to hold the porcelain doll;When try to play the music the dancer doll fell, that is bad.The dance doll does not swing (I never read such feature when I purchase, my fault)The egg does not open by itself (I never read such feature when I purchase, my fault)I assume that a music box has some kind of movement.They seller should say clearly that this music box does not move.

I ordered this for myself (being a nutcracker fan) and when it arrived I was extremely disappointed. The tip part of the egg was broken and Clara is a magnet so she doesn't dance with the music (which is what I was hoping for). Then the music is glitchy and plays for a few seconds.The colors are not as vibrant and the gold is dull compared to the picture. The sparkling rhinestones are plastic. Clara is also super dull in colors and her paint job is atrocious. Not to mention while she is a magnet, its not a very good magnet and will fall off from time to time when you move the egg around or just to open it.I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I couldn't wait to receive my egg, and when it finally arrived today, I was somewhat disappointed. The egg itself is beautiful, but the gems are not "sparkly", they are dull. Clara doesn't spin, which would have been nice but is really no big deal. My biggest disappointment is the music. For what the egg cost, I was hoping the music would sound like it was in an expensive music box. It sounds really cheap. If I didn't know it was the music from the Nutcracker, well, it just doesn't sound like it. It plays then stops, and plays and stops. It is not continuous and smooth. Like I said, the egg is beautiful, and worth the money, but the music and the "sparkly gems" are not worth the money. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased it, I usually do, but I fell in love with the picture and the description sounded really nice. Had I read them, I don't think I would have purchased it. I am going to keep it, but it would have been super nice if the music sounded like it was the real music and the gems would have sparkled.
