I bought this to help my recently adopted cat going through some immune issues. He had worms and had to be treated more than once. The Vet said a lower immune system can be the reason why 1 treatment did not work to completely eliminate his worms. The Vet said his worm problem was now gone verified by stool sample. He later started pulling hair out on his back above his tail. He has a growth on his ear that had been there for two years according to the previous pet owner. I suspected it was from his immune system. After putting this on his food 1x a day for a couple weeks, he stopped pulling his hair out. The growth actually looks smaller too. If your pets immune sysyem is good their body can resolve issues on its own even worms. This supplement is NOT for every day or long term use. I will continue to give sporadically to give him what his body needs. I'm very happy with this high quality product.

I normally purchase the other Missing Link complete wellness formula but with this kelp formula being slightly cheaper and higher rated, I decided to give it a go. 1) the smell is very off putting and 2) my cats absolutely hate it. The other formula was mostly fine power with the occasional big chunk (easy to mix with wet food). However, this one is mostly small, hard chunks that sink when mixed with wet food, and the ones that don’t sink are completely avoided by my cat’s tongue. Had high expectations considering the hype in the reviews but it turned out to be a total bust, and I can’t even return or exchange it! And yes, the new formula was slowly introduced.

Long time user of this product. It's a very nutritious supplement for our little ones. I love it! The trick to this powder is to put it in the bowl first and then mask it with the wellness and/or digestion powder from missing link by pouring it on top of the kelp powder. You can even mix the bags together. Oils will turn your cat away so don't pour salmon oil on it.

My two cats took to this right away when mixed with food and are doing very well. They seem to have a thicker / fuller coat and are more energetic. I have only recently started using this for them but will continue.I think this is a good product and I am pleased with it. Would highly recommend.

Have only used the supplement a few times, but my cat seems okay w/it mixed in her food. I think I need more time to judge it's effects.
