Great filter. I notice a great difference in the quality of my water. The water has a distinct smell when I don’t use the filter, then it completely goes away when I use it.

Better than I expected and amazing at that! Great flow rate, NSF/ANSI rated. I would've never paid $165 for a shower head but I DID because of the filtration rating as well as other customer reviews. It was completely worth it. Easy install for those not mechanically inclined. Took about 5 minutes but claims 15 for most people. Visually, from the packaging to the product, it's very impressive. Get one today!

This shower head is a game-changer! The water feels softer, my skin and hair feel healthier, and the pressure is perfect. Super easy to install and great quality. I’ve been using it for 6-8 months now and I Highly recommend!

Absolute piece of garbage. They break after the first two filter replacements. Conveniently outside of their outside of industry standard 3 month warranty period. Hmm, I wonder why they did that? Sediment from your water source clogs up the filter and fuses the cap that is supposed to unscrew. When you tell customer service this, they say "here watch a video of how to unscrew it." Thanks, I played college football. I am incredibly strong, and with all my strength I cannot unscrew the cap to replace the filter. Customer service is incredibly condescending and unhelpful. Total zero of a product and company. Influencers are selling this $165 piece of metal that is probably $15 cost in China. Buy a Sprite Industries shower head if you want a filter. I bought the Jolie for my daughter who saw in on Instagram. I tried explaining to my wise 17-year old that this looks cheap and not to believe advertising. At least it was a good lesson. IF Jolie at least tried to do the right thing I would work with them, but since they are so dismissive, they think it is "user error" I can't get the shower head off. Oh, and my plumber who was at my house looking at other stuff said "it is obviously a design flaw." Jolie business model: pump as many units through influencers as possible, rake in tons of cash, then disappear in 3 years. I bought two units, they are both fused shut.

I live in a city that is probably the worst place I’ve ever lived in terms of people not caring about the environment and you can tell by the way the water smells and looks and when I would get out of the shower, my hair would feel like straw and my skin would itch even when I use moisturizer. I couldn’t really afford it cause I’m on a very limited budget, but I financed it and I got it the next day and it was super easy to install and when I took a shower, my hair felt so different when I got out of the shower and so did my skin. I’m not kidding, it made a huge difference for me, especially because we have so much chlorine in the water here. So I’m very happy with my purchase and I just have an apartment that I rent and I just went ahead and changed it because I wanted to improve my quality of life and if I leave here I’ll be taking my showerhead with me lol! The only thing that’s a little rough for the replacement filters that you have to add or buy every three months which are about 40 bucks and you’ve gotta take things apart again and put it back together and I live in a super old house so that’s the only drawback but that’s just because the house I live in was built in 1859 and even though they converted it into six apartments in the 1950s. It’s still like things just aren’t that sturdy so I worry a little bit about having to go in and change the filter so often I hope I don’t break anything with the pipes but other than that I am completely happy with my purchase and glad I went through with it.

I’ve had Jolie shower head for 3 weeks now, hair is softer, skin softer. CO winters are dry and leave skin itchy in winter even with lotion/oil after shower, but not since I’ve used Jolie filtered shower head. I have naturally curly hair and spend good money on product, but this filter has been life changing, regret not buying sooner! Water pressure is great too! Worth the money IMO!

The Jolie Replacement Filter works really well! It noticeably improves my water quality, making it feel softer and cleaner on my skin. We live in an area that has horrible water quality. One would say one degree off from Flint, Michigan. This filter has saved our skin and our hair. My husband quit breaking out within a week from using this filter. His “backne” is gone. Our hair feels so silky, and we have noticed the lack of hair shed from this product. It comes with all the tools needed for installation which was very impressive. It fit our shower tubing easily. The spray quality doesn’t disappoint as it puts out considerable flow. It works very well. It is actually a beautiful design. My husband was so impressed with the wrench that came with the Jolie head. The box was very impressive as well. This would be a great gift for anyone wanting to save their skin and hair health. We have one for each shower in our home. My mom’s hair was thinning and falling out before this product was installed. She now has shinier and healthier hair and scalp. The value is worth it. This is a must in your home.

Continued to have a small leak even after re taping a few times. Small rubber gasket doesn't seem to seal very well. Overall shower head has decent pressure and water is somewhat softer. However, this price point is much higher than the competitors.
