Great ingredients list, very healthy, I use this product for 1/3 of my dogs diet along with kibble and usually some fresh foods everyday and he’s in great health and loves it.

I have been feeding my 2 GSDS air dried or dehydrated raw diet, such as spot and tango, and Nutra Complete. Due to a need to decrease the cost I tried honest kitchen for the first and last time. The dogs ate it and tolerated it well. However, it has oats and quinoa in it and is a powdered formula and must be mixed with warm water and allowed to sit for 3 minutes and stirred and it looks like I am feeding my dogs oatmeal. It is messy and sticky. I will be returning to a dehydrated or air dried raw food.

I have been feeding my dogs Honest Kitchen products for many years now. Currently, have two rescue dogs and they both have some stomach sensitivities and one is susceptible to skin issues (yeast and bacteria) and ear infections if we aren't careful with what we feed them. This food is great for both of them and no stomach issues and no skin issues since using it Their coats are shiny and soft and their eyes are big and bright. Even my 10 year old is playful and active, even with all his joint issues and bad hips (product of poor breeding) Prior to these two guys, I had three Great Danes and I fed them all Honest Kitchen products and they all lived to be 11+ years old, which is great for Great Danes! I trust Honest Kitchen products immensely. This one doesn't disappoint.

I love that the Gourmet Grains recipes don't have any white potato. I don't know why any dog food still uses white potato in their recipes.

One of my Aussies is bizarrely picky. She has very specific preferences and sometimes they don’t make sense. For instance, she will not eat the Turkey or the Fish flavors of this food but she absolutely loves the Turkey AND Fish. No idea why the combination is better than each individually, but I have never seen her eat her food so consistently before. Normally she will eat over the course of an hour, grazing a bite at a time. With this, she eats her whole bowl without meandering around the house. It makes my life so much easier.If you’re familiar with this product, this flavor is a similar consistency. I always add more water than it says because my pups prefer it thinner, but it mixes easily and sets up quick. I am easily grossed out by funky smells and I’m happy to says there’s no strong fishy smell from this one.Highly recommended!
