These can hurt on certain areas of your gums. These will help clear away food and keep your gums healthy. I find it is far better than floss.

Love these for my purse. Great size and always on hand. No slivers from wooden toothpicks. I usually go with eco safe products but the tea tree and cinnamon toothpicks I bought broke off in my mouth. These never do.

They are super. I've been buying them for several years and use them daily. If the spaces between your teeth are super tight you may have some issues.
