Very cute for a 9 year old. I bought a large and it fit her well. She loved that this has thumb holes. Super soft and stylish. Perfect weight for spring and will also keep her warm in the winter. One thing I would say is to cross reference the price on the children's place website, because I did see it cheaper on there after I already gifted the sweater

My daughter absolutely LOVES these hoodies! We've purchased them in 3 colors (Blue Aura, Frappe, and Ultra Violet). Fits true to size, has a hood that's not too fitted, and feels high quality. Super soft and comfortable. Her only complaint is that the thumb holes in the sleeve feel a little snug.

Good quality, cute color true to picture however the crop on the sweater could be shorter. It's a weird length where it's not quite long enough to be regular length but not short enough to be a stylish crop. Kind of a weird short sweater. Other than that it's good.

This pink hoodie is amazing. The pink color Is perfect. It’s not too muted and it’s not brash. The hoodie itself seems to fit well. Perhaps just a little loose, but it fits comfortably. Purchased for my granddaughter, I’m not sure if she’s taking it off since she got it! Another child approved!
