Qualité très moyenne pour le prix payé (400$CAN). La derbouka a quelques défauts, certains ont un impact sur le son de la peau. Vraiment dommage.

I don't really know much about dabukas, this was a sort of impulse acquisition. I immediately found some videos and concluded that sense the rim is on crooked, it is out of tune.It is a beautiful object. Comes with a padded case, and second skin, and a tuning tool. The case has a separate zipper pouch for the 2nd skin and tuning tool.This would be a beautiful gift for a musician, but keep the out of tune thing in mind -- watch some videos and make sure you (or the receiver) can tune it.
