Received the mirror today. The packaging was fantastic in that it had semi hard rubber guards to protect the corners and styrofoam surrounding all other surfaces of the mirror. Simple to hang up and easy to wire...less than 5 minutes. Great looking mirror and hoping it will last many years.

This mirror looks great and is easy to install. I used screw-in rock anchors to support the weight. I like the variable colors of white and dimmable feature. Note: it has a decent length cord if you aren’t willing to install another outlet behind the mirror.

I replaced my countertops, and the installers broke my builder grade mirror. I needed a large mirror to span the whole countertop, and the 60x36 Tetote mirror was the right size! I purchased it on black Friday in November 2022, but didn't get around to actually installing it til June 2023. I was concerned there would be issues, but the lights work great, and despite a box in very poor shape, the mirror had no damage to the glass. I did originally have a problem with the lights strobing, but I figured out it was because the switch was a dimmer switch. When I switched it out, all worked as it should! If I had to do it again, I would get the 3-color mirror, as the cool daylight setting is very cool/cold light. As others have said, the light isn't enough to light up a bathroom alone, but I paired it with another fixture from Amazon, and it looks great. After reading reviews, I created my own template to hang the mirror. It worked, but goodness- it wasn't easy to install a mirror of this size on four separate screws. We basically had to wiggle it to attach each screw separately. I would definitely buy this mirror again, but as mentioned, would get one with other options in terms of light color settings.

I got this mirror because it was not expensive. But if you factor ALL the time you will spend on the installation, then it is the most expensive.If you plan to just plug and hang, this is NOT the mirror for you. The mirror can be hardwired or plugged in. The plug comes in the box but you have to screw the plug onto the wires. If the plug-in box is behind your mirror, you have to make sure you have a recessed plug-in because this mirror is meant to hang flush on the wall, but the plug is extra bulky (so bulky that the recessed box I installed was useless). I had to go back and hardwire, and even then, it does not hang flush because the cord does not "sink in" to the back of the mirror.As many have mentioned, the screws and anchors are very small. I used them, but will probably go back and replace them with better/larger anchors. It was also very challenging for me (a beginner DIYer) because I ended up measuring wrong the first time and one screw was wrong. So I went back and made a pattern for the back to make sure I drilled into the drywall "perfectly."If I had to get another mirror, I'd get the kind that hangs onto plaques that are installed on the wall and ensure that the plug is flat or be ready to learn how to hardwire.

The mirror was received and installed by an electrician and it worked for one hour. After much troubleshooting we could not get the mirror to start again nor could we get any support. Numerous attempts remade to call and receive support and none was available. After paying for the installation I had to return this mirror. I wanted to return it and receive a replacement but without communicating with the company I was uncomfortable in doing this. It was a beautiful mirror the light was not that bright but I was excited to have it in the master bathroom.UPDATE:TETOTE reached out after reading this review sharing their goal is for customers to be 100% satisfied and I am 200% thrilled at the exceptional service I received. A new mirror was sent (replaced) they cared for the reinstallation and stayed in close communication with me, checking in on every step, including after the new mirror was up for a week. This mirror worked immediately, it looks amazing and I am so grateful for the customer service TETOTE provided. They cared about my situation and stood behind their mission for customer satisfaction. I will definitely shop and purchase from them again. Thank you TETOTE!

Llego a tiempo, muy bien empacado, resistió algunos golpes de transporte que se observaban al exterior de la caja. Se ven de muy buena calidad, acabados bien terminados, la tira led está cubierta no expuesta. La clavija para conectarse viene por separado pero es muy fácil de instalar si deseas conectarlo de esta manera a la corriente. No los hemos instalado pero nos aseguramos de que funcionaran cómo se describe, compramos 4!
