I've ordered these a dozen times over the years. Always sharp. Can become dull by the rubber in vials. Then I use a second one for injection. Can come from Japan or Philippines. No problems yet from these needles.

Had to get a 23 gauge needle and this was a great value. Makes pulling the medicine easier.

I'm giving it 3 stars because while the product is high quality and luckily none of the individual needle packagings was damaged (otherwise they would not be sterile anymore and therefore unusable), I must say...UPS handled this package VERY roughly and the seller clearly either didn't expect this or didn't know better to add some bubble wrap to it. You can see in the pictures how BADLY the container box is, and that is right out of the amazon delivery bag (and yes...the box came with the lid popped open clearly from squishing it during delivery)

I use these for TRT. Buying needles has been a struggle lately due to shortages from all the covid vaccines sucking up every gauge from 18-25. I was hoping to stick with the same manufacturer as the needles i bought 2 years ago but unfortunately they are no longer available. These are thankfully well packaged and arrive safely. They are about the same sharpness as other needles i have used and slide into the skin and muscle with minimal pain. No jagged edges.

Been using these for 6 months now and very pleased with them. I do glute injections with these and they have been smooth and sharp. The box did come a little messed up but all the needles were individually wrapped so no issues with contamination. No issues so far after using 20-30 of these.

My pharmacy only fills my syringes and needles in packs of 6, and after running out far away from my usual pharmacy, I decided it was time to buy in bulk. I was a little worried about privacy issues ordering from a dedicated online medical store, so I turned to Amazon.I spent literal days researching needles, but everything I looked at had mixed reviews with multiple people saying the needles were dull, that they came opened or dirty, etc. etc. Eventually, I couldn't wait anymore and decided to bite the bullet and buy these ones.I actually received the "Agani" needles mentioned in another review. That person mentioned they were dull, so I wasn't super excited about this, but decided to give them a try anyway. I've used a couple now and haven't had any issues! Shots have been no/little pain, just like the BD needles I was using before. The needles came neatly packed in their box, all individually wrapped and sterile. Happy to have a large supply so I won't have to worry about running out anymore!

Packaging and manufacturing location are different than two years ago when I last purchased this exact item. Not sure what to make of that. Somewhat hesitant to use for IM EV due to difference, but will probably use. Fingers crossed. They've worked great in the past, hoping the current is still safe and sterile, as advertised.Previously the Philippines, now Tokyo? Might look further into the company and see if they announced a manufacturer change.
