These are built well from machined aluminum. They are attractive and fit in with the aesthetics of my stereo system. The 7 springs work well. It a component is light, springs can be removed as necessary. I have a set under a sub-woofer and another set under the turn-table. They come with thin rubber disks that can be attached to the faces so they don't slide about.

I used these under a NAS I have in my upstairs office, which is directly about our living room. The vibrations from the NAS are fairly significant, especially when performing a disk rebuild, so we’d always hear it chugging away. The operation is now silent— it is even quieter inside the room where it is located.

Using under a big subwoofer. Definitely reducing some bad reverb. So far so good. Not sure if there is an increase in muddiness at high volumes, but I rarely play at high volumes for any length of time, so it's not an issue for me. Will continue to evaluate and if there is any new info this review will be updated.

I bought them to raise my Aune 17S Pro Class A headphone amp for better air circulation, rather than for vibration isolation. Really helped keep my amp cool.

I was looking for more isolation for my turntable. This item gave me the idea of adding a layer of flat panel plus 'speaker spikes'. Well, it might have helped the turntable slightly, but the springs were much too stiff for the relatively meager weight. I saw that they are better suited for heavy items like speakers. The design is very good; 4 springs in an aluminum sandwich. Included are 8 grip-textured adhesive pads to cover both surfaces of each 'spike' sandwich. If you need this, it's well made.
