The case itself works great! When it arrived I didn’t notice until I needed to use it that the strap was sewn into the material. (See photos). I had to cut it to make it work.The company promptly contacted me and sent a replacement. Thanks!

It was all it’s advertised to be. Big enough for my drum, sturdy handle and shoulder strap. Colors are as shown. Wish it had a pocket for my beater, but thats ok. Very pleased.

Beautiful bag. I purchased the 20” bag so it could fit both my 20” gong and 16” drum (instead of carrying multiple bags). Works great for both. Yes, there’s more head space for the drum, but I keep my drum wrapped in plastic in the bag so it doesn’t shift inside or bang against the gong as I walk.
