The TERA PUMP TRDRUM40 is a heavy-duty, BPA-free manual fuel drum pump designed for efficient, portable liquid transfer. It features a flexible 47.2-inch discharge hose with a corrugated design and an integrated nozzle holder, allowing for a flow capacity of up to 5.5 gallons per minute via manual piston action. The segmented 3-piece suction tube, adjustable to 34.4 inches, is perfect for 15 to 55-gallon drums with 2-inch NPS openings. This versatile pump handles a variety of liquids, including petroleum products, E85, diesel, kerosene, antifreeze, and potable water. The air vent cap allows you to control the siphon flow, while the pump operates without electricity, making it ideal for use in farm, industrial, and automotive settings.

I love that the pump can be taken apart and made more portable. It isn’t heavy duty or anything but it seems like it will do the job well enough. Note that the from the part that screws into the barrel/container, it only extends 34 inches down.

It didn't work the first time we needed to use it, today 19 Feb 2021. We live in the country on well water so we set up 4 55 gal barrels of water for emergency. On Sept 2019 we bought the Terra Pump TRDRUM 40. We now have 10 inches of snow and our water line froze and broke, Today is the first time we opened the Terra Pump package to fill 6 - 5 gallon buckets for our toilet and for cooking. This TRDRUM 40 model will not hold a siphon, we had to scoop water with a cooking bowl. We tried to contact customer service but a notation next to this item said it was beyond replacement date. A waste of money when you buy something for emergency and it does not do the job it was designed for.

Its cheap, but well designed and manual. Transfers liquids fairly quickly for the value, and no batteries to worry about. I still have mine and use it infrequently, but have had no problems with it. Take it from me this is better than a battery powered one that will break after very few uses. Save your money and time, by using this one instead. I spent $60 on an electric one and it broke after three or four uses.
