They work well, and thank goodness that they have a 45 degree angle to the head, which helps with the back teeth. My complaint is that they bend a bit if you don't hit the space between your teeth exactly.

Great if you have periodontal or gum issues and gaps between the teeth, they have many different sizes to choose from. Check with your dentist if you would benefit and which size would be best for you.

This product does its job well, but there are some packaging issues. Each brush comes with a protective cover, but some of the covers came off, causing the bristles to be bent. While the product itself is good, it’s disappointing that the packaging doesn’t adequately protect it.

I can only get three or four uses out of these before they are crooked and useless. someone said one lasts a week? no way. otherwise I like how well they clean between teeth.

..and these mid size are the best single option to cover all gaps. They expect you to use a different colour dependent on the size of each gap. But anyone who has a different sized brush for 25+ gaps needs help!

OMG! I love these things! I brush, floss, and rinse with dilute Listerine after every meal, but I ended up with an infection in my palate and gums. The periodontist I saw declined to culture it, but a different doc prescribed an antibiotic. I got my yearly deep cleaning; in passing, the hygienist handed me a Tepe interdental brush.Later, I brushed, flossed, and rinsed--just like always. Then, I used my little Tepe. I pushed CHUNKS of debris and detritus out from between my teeth. Yuck! Yes, I'm ADD. Yes, I concentrate on my teeth more than the average bear.(I was told I would lose all my teeth by the time I was 30. Only missing one from an over enthusiastic dentist. Warning: As you age or develop diseases like diabetes or infections, your gums can recede, leaving area behind your molars and between teeth that can sequester chunks of food. Brushing is a help, but it will NOT get everything out if you are careless and don't clean thoroughly.) I am buying a huge bag of these in my size (orange) because use does wear the glue down that holds the bristles in the handle. I will say that you need the correct size, but these are the greatest teeth cleaners for us aging folk.BUY THESE!
