These are the best pads I've found with the most long lasting adhesion. Make sure to never leave them open to the air. They should be on your skin or in an air-tight plastic bag like a Ziploc slider.

First, I like the larger pads like this much more than the small ones. I just wish they didn't degrade as quickly. What happens is that the connection of the wire to the pad's mesh breaks down after about a week and it feels like all the juice is traveling over a half inch piece of wire instead of the entire pad. It smarts! One trick I learned was to wet my hand and rub it on the skin, then pat it dry, where I'd adhere the pads. That improves the contact considerably and why these work well for a week. Given the price, they are a good value. 20 years ago, the industry made pads with a very low Shore gel which was like superJello. It distributed the juice very well for a long, long time, but they were expensive.

Had previously purchased these and was very impressed with them. Came here to write a review on the recent package and realized that I hadn't submitted my review for the first one: Bought these to replace pads for my Nursal tens unit. They work well, are made well and have the perfect amount of stickiness. They come packaged in a larger bag with small ziploc bags containing 2 pads each. You get a good amount of pads for the price.Would definitely recommend.Recent package: I don't know why, but only maybe 6 of these pads stuck. I have tried everything to get them to stick, rubbing alchohol, electrode gel. Nothing is working. They start moving around after a few minutes of use. Unfortunately I've gone through the whole package setting aside ones that wouldn't stick and grabbing another set.The first package of pads lasted me months with using each pad at least 4-5 times, and I have used a couple of them again waiting for the new package.I don't know if I should order another package or not. Sad because I haven't been able to find pads this size for such a decent price.

I like the smooth fabric on top and the smooth gel adhesion. There are no wrinkles on either side after using them 6 nights a week since I received them on Sep. 16, over a month ago. I wear a machine that runs up to 10 hours at night to stimulate blood flow to my polio damaged leg. Very happy with this product!I am adding a postscript, as I have now been using the first set of 2"x 4" for 2.5 months and am just starting with the second set. I wear them 6 nights a week all through the night to stimulate blood flow to my left leg muscles. My nerves serving this leg were damaged by polio in 1943. I am completely blown away by the superior quality of these electrodes. I emphasize the advice of previous reviewers to read the instructions and tips for use and storage of these electrodes!

These were exactly what I needed! My tens unit was several years old so I wasn't sure these would be compatible, but they worked great! The adhesion seemed like a good quality and the size worked really well for stimulating larger muscles. They don't seem like they would last forever, but is there a pad out there that does?? Regardless, they seem like they will last for a while, and I love that several pieces came in the same package so I can have an instant replacement when needed.

For me, this is a good size pad for muscle contraction when trying to rehabilitate a muscle. The pads are the right size, have good adhesion and conduction to obtain the optimal muscle movement. I have tried the smaller pads for this purpose but they did not give me the same outcome. (For pain relief with the tens unit, I have found the smaller ones work better, but may not be the case for everyone. It also depends on your tens unit and placement of the pads ) The same pads have lasted thru multiple uses so far -I have been careful and kept them sealed up in the plastic baggie and on their plastic sheet when not in use. Sometimes you might get a little piece of the adhesion come off while taking them off of your skin, but even that tiny piece is still very sticky and has not affected the usefulness of the pad for me. I have tried other brands. This one has lasted the longest and the pads have kept their adhesion the longest.

The pads last for months with me. I re-put them back on the plastic that is attached to the pads then into the plastic bag-sealing up until the next day or within a few days of using them again. I walk for 22+ minutes near L.A. area. I haven't even gone through the package yet and I bought them in Sept. 2017. They are worth their weight in gold! I have stenosis in my low back and get epidural shots every 3&1/2 months. These work when the shot wears off. I also bought the square ones but haven't used those yet as the rectangular ones covers more area. I've replaced there pads 2x only because I thought it was time. Those were still sticking. Need to wash off the residue from your body with a wet wash cloth when finished with them each time after using. I use 2 on each side of my low back.
