The pads that it has on it are already lifting off, so I don't have faith that this is going to last a long while. The adhesive just isn't that good for a part that's going to be rubbed in and out each time it's used. I worry one is going to fall into the instrument and need rescuing! The plastic is ok...when in the trombone it's a pretty good match!It is functional and it does fit. The sound quality is acceptable and it does mean my child can practice in our apartment complex without complaints from the neighbors.
