I am very petite and some of the bigger sleeves I have seen look like they would be very cumbersome on me so I was drawn to this much more compact version. The fact it came in my favourite colour was an added bonus. My pain is particularly sore in quite a specific area and this allows me to just line it up where needed and apply the additional support and pressure there. It’s very adjustable, it can be made to a snug fit even on my tiny arms! With this on, I have been continuing to do strength training at the gym but I haven't been experiencing the sharper pains I often got before so it’s really working for me.

This brace has greater strength and adjustment than the one I used before. You can not go wrong with this item and the price was a fantastic find.

This brace is very effectiveness in providing relief from tennis elbow and tendonitis pain. The brace is comfortable to wear for extended periods and it stays securely in place during activities. It is very well-made and good quality material.I've used these counterforce braces for a little over a week now to help with nagging tendonitis in both elbows. It has helped relieve the constant pain and speed up the healing process. I highly recommend watching a couple of videos on proper placement and tightness. You don't have to tighten them up as much as you think to benefit from the braces. Also, remember to wear them every time you perform an activity that aggravates your elbows.

I purchased this for tennis elbow issues. I was skeptical at first. Once I started wearing it, it was helpful and comfortable. It didn’t affect my play or interrupt me in anyway.

Gave me instant relief. The quality was food with the seams well sewn. The fit was good and adjustments were easy. It washes well and provides relief. Would recommend as good value for someone who was hurting!

They should have a smaller size for women. I clinch them as tight as possible, but, my skin still gets rubbed, and irritated by the neoprene. I’m not someone that sweats, or, has oily skin, so, I wonder why bad, raw skin has occurred from the bands.Secondly, besides the peeling sores, the Velcro gets caught on my clothes. It pills my shirts, inside long sleeves, and picks the rib area in short sleeves.To compensate for the irritation, I bought compression sleeves, that are moisture wicking.At 6’2”, you’d think they’d be a bit tight on my elbows, but, I would not recommend these to someone with skinny arms.We shall see if they work for both tennis, and golfer’s elbow.*UPDATE: After wearing them this long, I went ahead and bought the ones from my doctor, at a hefty price, that I was trying to avoid. My health insurance doesn’t cover them.Update #2: Someone from the store contacted me, and offered a full refund.

2/25/25 Update: After I posted my review below a rep from the seller, Rakiie Direct, contacted me and offered to refund my purchase even though the return window closed months prior. Granted these are inexpensive, but I thought it was a VERY gracious offer nonetheless. And perhaps all the more so for the seller to bother with given the trivial $ amount so I've increased my rating by 1 * for what I view as great customer support.Original review: I purchased 2 of these months ago and have worn them to sleep numerous times w/ no issues until last night. When I awoke this AM I felt a stinging sensation along my right ribcage and was surprised to see several long, horizontal, scratches on my skin that perfectly aligned w/ the location the brace would've been resting when I was sleeping on my left side. I then noticed that I hadn't perfectly aligned the portion of the brace's strap w/ the "hook" tab of the Velcro w/ the "loop' portion that runs along the rest of the band. When I felt the edge of the hook tab I was shocked to realize how sharp it is. Making matters worse, its stitching causes the edge to be raised. Because of that, if it's not perfectly centered on the band its rough edges can cause cuts.

I’m currently suffering from tennis elbow. I have a number of straps similar to this, but they all become uncomfortable and/or itchy after a short space of time. I have been able to wear this strap all day. It doesn’t irritate my skin and the Velcro doesn’t snag on my clothing all the time. I don’t really get what they’ve done differently, but they really have nailed the comfort element. It’s slightly bigger in terms of the pressure pad and maybe that distributes the pressure more widely and gently. I don’t really know but I’m not complaining! I’m just pleased I found it.
