The phone controls are great: straightforward setup and broad functionality.The feed is very precise: same balls - same placement. The spin control and variety is also very good.Customer service is the best. One has to contact the manufacturer (Pusun Sports) directly. Amazon is not going to help with that.Amazon somewhat surprisingly did not help getting to the customer service. On contrary, it lost my question to the manufacturer. Then when I contacted the manufacturer directly and tried to post the link to it in my review Amazon blocked the review (arguably one cannot post links in the review).Manufacturer's customer service is superb. The manufacturer posted the power adapter link on Amazon within 24 hours.Hence in my opinion the machine and the manufacturer get 5 stars and Amazon as an intermediary gets 0 stars.
