Shipping was prompt and item came as described only they looked cheaply made- Once installed alarm sounded as soon as I the turned the key. After troubleshooting I finally tested the switches with an OHM meter and one was reading an open circuit right out of the box :( Did not want to trust the other one after that. Send them both back and refund was processed. Not worth blowing up an engine because of cheap thermo switch. Stuff happens.
