I had never used telescoping ladders before and when I saw this new product come out, I had to check it out. I have used multipurpose and step ladders, which do not fold very small and usually are not very light, so are not very convenient for small works in multiple places around the house. For those jobs a ladder that is light and folds very small is warranted, and Miscoos 12.5FT Aluminum Telescopic Extension Ladder is perfect for those jobs.I have used this for quick paint touch up in ceiling corners in multiple rooms, for hanging decorative lights over the garage door and for trimming a tree that was hanging over our roof. If most cases, when there is wall to support the ladder, this telescopic ladder is the perfect tool to get to a higher position. Since it is made of aluminum, it is quite light and easy to carry around or in the house. Carrying this upstairs and to the basement is much easier than a multipurpose ladder.As I mentioned above, this ladder can only be used when there's a support, like a wall. And one thing to keep in mind that it wobbles a little when fully extended. Going to the top when this ladder is fully extended can be a little unnerving, but it never feels like it would collapse under the weight, only a little wobble.So to summarize -Pros: Very light weight and easy to carry, folds quite small, van be extended to desired height, relatively stable and quite sturdy.Cons: Needs support as with any telescopic ladder, can sway a little bit when fully extended. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise, it is a perfect product.Overall it's a good ladder that is available for a decent price. Highly recommended.

I live in a large condominium with very high, 16' ceilings. I have two ladders - a 16’ traditional extension ladder that is very difficult to store and use, and a folding A-Frame 4 Step Ladder Extension - which is heavy (about 40 pounds) and difficult to use. I was looking for a lighter-weight, easier to use and store alternative to the two ladders I currently have - and that would give me the height to address the high ceilings in my condo.I found this ladder - which weighs less than 15 pounds, and looked easy to store and use. The ladder arrived with my Amazon Prime in 2-days - as promised. It was well-packaged and "double-boxed" with the original ladder box (using foam protection on each end in a cardboard box), placed inside a "shipping box". Unpackaging was easy.The ladder was super easy to use. I didn't even have to read the instructions on how to use it; it was intuitive. Simply undo the Velcro-attached nylon strap and pull up on the ladder extensions. With each "pull", the ladder extends one section and locks into place. you pull out the number of sections required to achieve the heights of the ladder needed for each specific use. While the weight of the ladder was light - as which I was looking for in my selectin criteria - it was quite sturdy and supportive, and just as easy to restore back to its collapsible state with the pressing of buttons on each side of the rail for each section of the ladder. There are some very large rubber "feet" on the bottom of the ladder which provides a great, non-slip base.In addition to being light-weight, sturdy and easy to use, the ladder also met my other selection criteria - compact and easy to store. If these are the kind of things you are looking for, I'd highly recommend this ladder.
