I mashed my fingers letting it own doesn't work well I have 4 blood blisters on my fingers! Returned it and had to pay shipping back! $75.00 to ship it sucks!!!!

I needed a taller ladder but I have no place to store one. So when I found this ladder, I was thrilled. I have used is a dozen or so times and it works great. It is east to set up and take down. My only complaint is that the base it a bit narrow making the ladder a bit wobbly. If you are using it on an uneven surface, I recommend you get someone to hold the ladder.

I was looking for something that could be packed up in my camper. This is a good ladder that folds down into a nice compact size. I was surprised at the amount of weight this ladder can support. I am very happy with this and would recommend it to others. The only thing you need to get used to us the collapse function.

Ladder works great. Can be dangerous closing make sure to keep hands away. Is really sturdy and compact when closed
