I was skeptical buying this but I absolutely love it. I have 3 kids and 3 cats so keeping a puzzle out in the open is a recipe for disaster. The back is stable enough to be able to carry it down my tiny hallway, into my room with 1 hand and the pieces don’t move an inch. The top is foldable so it doesn’t take up too much space when you’re doing your puzzle, but also thick enough that the puzzle pieces don’t move around when my cats are jumping and walking on it.I highly recommend this puzzle mat if you need something to keep your puzzle safe and together when you’re not working on it.

Stabile Puzzlematte! War für mich eine gute und günstigere Alternative zu den teureren Holzmodellen anderer Anbieter. Verpackung (Karton) war sehr sehr groß, dafür kam die Matte aber ohne Schäden an.

I have never owned a puzzle board before and this one is perfect. I can take the top off and move it to the side, work on my puzzle, and the top is easy to put back on. I haven't spilled it and it does well protecting. Very easy to use and very good qualityvery easy to use and very good quality

This puzzle board/mat has been really helpful for storing and moving around my work in progress. It protects the pieces from my kitties! But it is kind of cheaply made. Parts of it were bent. It still works just fine, but at this price point I expected better quality. I also wish the entire top transparent cover was elastic all around the perimeter so that it could really seal in the pieces. Right now the corner covers are a bit flimsy and not so secure (also not properly stitched).Update: I have since tried two other puzzle boards and I’m coming back to this one! One puzzle board I tried was nice and big, made out of wood, with a tilt stand, and that was nice. However, it was really heavy and clunky, which is not practical for a tight apartment space. I also tried a Puzzle Ready board and that was terrible! The board’s microsuede fabric was absolutely terrible for shifting pieces around on the board and the fabric would buckle up. So I’m coming back to this board. It’s light and portable. The felt fabric is perfect. It has the right amount of grip. The fabric is more taut. My one wish is that the working space was a tad bigger! I have some 1000-piece Eeboo puzzles that don’t fit on this board because they’re 23x23inch.

A great product for creating puzzles and storing them away. I didn’t have luck with ‘folding mats’ so I really like this firm soft surface for puzzles. The fabric top keeps pieces from sliding and the soft cover keeps puzzles dust free no matter how long it takes to complete! Rigid and yet light enough to easily move from room to room as needed.

I bought this for my mom. The jigsaw puzzle table she has won't fit puzzles over 1,000 pieces. This worked out perfectly. She's happily doing a 1,500 pieces puzzle she's had for over a year .

The most important thing in picking a puzzle board or mat is the size. I chose this one which is 26” x 36” and I’ll explain why.20” x 30” is standard and a perfect size if you want to move it around or have a small space. HOWEVER, the ads say 20x30 fits most 1000 piece puzzles; this is not true. If you want to buy your puzzles by the size, then that size will work. This photo has a 20” x 30” puzzle on it.But for me, I am a new puzzle aficionado and do them while I’m listening to my business podcasts, which has been great. But it’s frustrating to get 1/4 through a puzzle and find it will not fit on 20“ x 30“. Then you have to slide it off and put it on a table.This puzzle mat is 25.9” x 36”. So, essentially 6” bigger on 2 sides, or an extra 3 inches all the way around. It’s really too big for my apartment and for carrying around. BUT I did a lot of comparisons and decided I’m willing to have the bigger size so that I can fit any puzzle on it.I bought a trifold foam core to keep it more stable because I move mine around a lot, in and out of an elevator, etc.The flannelette cover is nice to the touch. The pieces stay in place but you can also slide groups of them around. I am delighted with my purchase after a month of comparisons!I’m saving the box because it will be a nice place to store it if I want to put it away for a certain amount of time.

My husband and I love to do puzzles but we do not love leaving them on tables and visibly exposed while they are in progress. This portable board mat is perfect. It is a good size while still being manageable to maneuver and store. It has a terrific cover that keeps the pieces in place and easily slides under a couch, dresser, etc. We are thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend it.

This is a good puzzle board. It's sturdy, yet light. It fits a standard 1,000 piece puzzle perfectly. And best yet, the plastic cover helps prevents kids or cats from knocking puzzle pieces to the floor when the puzzle is stored away between sessions. All in all, I recommend this quality product!

We started a puzzle on this board, it fit our 1,000 piecer nicely with room to spare. We put the cover on and went to sleep. The next day our board was absolutely full of dents from a 7lb cat walking across the board. To test, we gently pushed on it with a finger and also left dents - now pieces do not sit flat.
