I love the ice cream octopus! This one came vacuumed sealed which is why it looks a little wrinkly in the picture. Well made, no issues with the stitching. Easy to flip to the other side. Definitely worth it!

My daughter loves this reversible octopus plushie! It's super soft and she flips it inside out all the time to change its mood. One side is happy and the other is grumpy, which she finds hilarious. It's a great size for cuddling too, not too big and not too small. Definitely recommend this cute little toy!

I got this to give to my boss so he can share his mood with everyone by switching it for grumpy to not grumpy and we can tell with a glance lol. Very functionally brilliant!It's fun, soft, and perfect for all ages. It came vacuum shipped so I removed it from the vacuum bag to puff it up. No strange smells and ended up very cute! Perfect size for an adult's desk or child to play with. I want to get more!

I bought this for Christmas for my BFF and she loved it, it's soft plushy and the only thing is that it came squished flat in plastic do I let it puff up and it's adorable I would show a Pic but my bestie has it I'd say it's worth the money, the color is the same as the Pic! It's very vibrant and I love that it's the same brightness as in the pic, I assume it's easy to wash but I don't think it's gonna need to be washed, it's very high quality and functional it's the way it's supposed to be! And very durable because it's very well made so I hope this helps if your looking for something to gift someone or just to collect for yourself 😊

I purchased this reversible red-green octopus plushie to use as a classroom management tool, and it has been a huge success! "Octi" the octopus has become a fun and visual way to communicate class expectations. When Octi is smiling and green, it signals that the class is on task and in the "green zone." However, if Octi turns red, it’s a sign that not everyone is meeting expectations. The class as a whole can only earn a PBIS reward if Octi stays green for most of the period and is green when class ends.The plushie's simple color change helps students self-regulate and encourages positive behavior in a playful way. It's soft, adorable, and has become a favorite part of our classroom routine! Highly recommend it for teachers looking for creative classroom management ideas!

We have this routine with my girls. Once they brush their teeth and clean up, get into PJs and tuck themselves in, we turn off the lights. I take my pocket flashlight and “draw” on these stuffies (we have cat and octopus) the bright flashlight leaves a clear and precise pattern (if I take my time) and they glow for hours. It’s a routine, a nightlight, soft cuddly, and bribe tool. Love it. I posted pics of them glowing. The cat photo turned out better but the octopus looks just as good. With a narrow beam bright flashlight you can literally draw details, write words, lasts long but is a gentle glow they can stare at as they fall asleep.

UPDATE:So I got another one. I continue to love these plushies but my new one (the orange/black one) has like a little bump over his right side eye and also has like a line through his right eye that looks kind of like a scar. His face is also a tiny bit crooked. I still love him and am not sending him back but he is a little "off". I paid $15 for him so I think the quality should be better than this.ORIGINAL REVIEW:He is very soft and a good size. I think the reversing feature works a lot better on the octopuses (octopi?) then the turtles. I originally got a turtle and loved him so much I wanted to get a octopus too and I think I love the octopus the best! The side on the inside allows the octopus to lay more flat than the turtle, so the octopus is more stable than the turtle.More about the octopus: he is a very nice blue color. I know he's supposed to be sleeping, but I like to think he's awake and meditating until we go to bed at night, then he is sleeping. I like to think he gets angry when you interupt his meditation too much, which is why he gets enraged. I pretty much keep him on the sleepy/meditation side though.I got him on deal for $11.59 (reg price $15) which I would definitely pay for again. I do think the regular price is a little high, but I'd still buy him for it.I think these cute lil octopuses would be perfect as a gift. I'd definitely buy more, but I think he prefers being my only octopus. He doesn't seem to want friends. LolTL;DR: very soft and nice color, would purchase again. Also, the reversing is easier an the octopuses than the turtles.
