Because you already have the 3 other totes and are just missing the Amazon exclusive one.As stated in title, this item is more of a collectible than for practical use.

I was excited to buy this since I always like having a reusable bag with me and the spongebob plushie on top was cute. Unfortunately, the item I received smelled like mildew. Not sure what happened. Maybe it got wet and was just sitting like that for a while. The bag was also incredibly hard to fit into the plushie. I followed the instructions and tried folding it like how they suggested but I was not able to get it fully in. I ended up just returning it because it just does not seem practical. If you don't plan on stuffing it in the plushie then overall it would be a great little tote bag.
