While I enjoy my metal scraper, these are gentler on my dough mat. They give a precise cut without any damage.

I was expecting these to be more flimsy but they are actually very sturdy so I love them even more. Super easy to clean and use. Very thick obviously. Feel ver comfortable to use.

I used to cut rolls after rolling a 12X18 dough for cinnamon rolls. Able to cut with a firm downward pressure. Not sure if would be smooth with a stiff bread dough. Washed easily and cute colors. I liked the measures and conversions printed on the side. The conversions printed on the green were easier to read than those on the yellow one. Great price and would buy again. Excellent job scraping up left over flour.

I have a steel bench knife but only use in on a maple cutting board. Now that I'm mixing sourdough I wanted a similar tool I could use on the countertop to avoid scratching to surface. These are very strong and very stiff. I know they are going to work perfectly.

I love cooking and chop veggies and herbs etc for almost every meal. These scrapers are n awesome tool! I can’t believe I didn’t start using them years ago. They pick up every little piece of chopped whatever that shoots this way or that in the counter. My hands don’t get bits of food all over them nearly anywhere as much. They make clean up and prep time SOOO much faster. I am giving these as Christmas gifts from now on to everyone I k ow that cooks. I like the size and also got a smaller set as well which I find a bit better for small tiny bits like minced garlic and chopped dill for example. The larger one totally work but are especially good I find for things like chopped onion, celery, carrots, tomatoes, fruits etc… Get these, like today! (If you are a cook!)
