This clean room design allows it to be used as either a totally freestanding room. Each room comes completely factory prefabricated for minimal on-site erection time and is totally self-contained with all components factory-finished.
FFU is self-clean air equipment. It can be installed to the ceiling or settled on the holder, which can reach Class 100. This FFU has HEPA filter and pre-filter. The fan absorbs the air from the top of it, and through the pre-filter and HEPA filter. The clean air after filtering will be send out by the whole air supply grille.

Credit where credit is due: the frame is good and solid, and the packaging was exceptional.The ugly: no packing list or assembly instructions were included. Granted, it is not an overly complicated unit, but some guidance for assembling the frame would have been nice. The ad says detailed instructions can be found on you tube. I couldn't find them. Contrary to the advertising, there was no prefilter included, and the so called "customer service" refused to acknowledge that there should have been one included. My biggest concern is the filter. There is no manufacturer's seal on the filter. Absolutely nothing to indicate who made it, no indication it is, in fact, a HEPA filter. When contacted, the seller said the seal must have been accidentally knocked off by a warehouse worker. Uh huh. When pressed for a replacement filter that had some basic documentation about the filter specs, the seller confessed that all their filters in stock had no seal (a seal and prefilter are clearly shown in the advertising), and offered me $50 to go away. Is this actually a HEPA filter? Doesn't look like one to me, and without a mfg to stand behind it, I highly suspect it is not, in fact, an actual HEPA filter. Buyer beware.

Shipping was very fast, packaging was top notch. Quality of the frame is outstanding. My only suggestion is to heat the plastic side panels with a hair dryer or heat gun before installing.
