This is a beautiful solid teak handle that I'm adding as an additional grab handle on my boat. It coordinates perfectly with the rest of the teak already in the cabin. I didn't use the included hardware because it wouldn't work for my installation. The size of the handle is perfect for how it's going to be used. The wood is very smooth to the touch. Overall, I'm very happy with this product.

It's made from a solid piece, not glued together pieces. Teak is the perfect wood for wet or high humidity places because of its natural oil content, yet doesn't leave a residue. No need to clear coat it. Beautiful furniture brown natural color and woodgrain.Versatile applications from boats to door pull, drawer pull, and I'm using it as a bar to maintain balance going up a step in my home. Could even mount it horizontally and hang things from it. The screw hole on the handrail is 1" deep which helps support the mounting. The bolts that come with are 3" and appear high quality including their black finish.

I needed a new handle for my 72 Catalina 22. I slid over the cabin top and my 54 year old butt snapped the 52 year old handle clean off.This one is near exact sizing of the old one and comes with hardware to install. I love the finish. It might be the fanciest thing on my boat now. I will install the next time I get down to the boat.Their measurements are a little off from what I measured. The holes on mine are 7-1/8" not 7-1/4". Also the overall length is 9-1/8" not 9-1/4". A small difference and it doesn't affect me as I'm drilling new holes, but it may be pertinent to some.Also, the hole for the hardware is quite tight with the provided hardware. You might consider drilling it slightly larger for some relief. If you're installing remotely as I am (2 hours way), come prepared with more tools than you think you need.Overall, I am happy with the handle. It's got a great look and feel to it. I will endeavor not to break it with my butt.

Needed another handle in RV, came with hardware, easy to install. Not some cheap pine handle. Very strong and looks good

Purchased this as a handle next to indoor stairs in RV. Easily mounted on the wall, smooth handle, and works great.
